Chapter 24, no please

David's POV

I slept in the guest room this night. Liza is mad at me and I really understand, so I want to give her some space. I know Liza well enough for that. If she's mad at you and you're going to intrude yourself to her all the time she gets even more mad. "David." I hear her saying from the livingroom. "Yes babe." I say and I hear her pause a sec before she replies. "Come here I got a massage." 

Liza's POV

I just got a massage from the phone number that was on the paper. "Yes babe." David says. I feel weird a sec about him calling me babe as I'm still mad. "Come here I got a massage." I say and he walks towards the couch and sits down next to me. The massage says an adress and then 2:00 pm. I look at the time and it's 1:40 pm. 

L: Do you know this adres?

D: No I don't.

L: Ok let's go then. We don't know how long we have to drive.

We get up and go inside David's Tesla. We install the gps and drive. When we drive David always puts his hand on my thigh, not this time. He knows I'm pissed. We drive for about 20 minutes and we end up in a really sketchy neighbourhood. Have Tatum and Jonah been staying here the whole time? We arrive at the right house and go outside the car. We're standing in frond of an old weird house. I ring the little bell next to the door. Altough everything I'm still glad David's with me. Just to protect me. I think then. I want to be mad but I can't be really. I love David to much. But I'm not gonna tell him, he needs to know what he has done. I got out of my thoughts by an opening door. There's the man. "Come with me and close the door behind you." He says. We walk behind him and he leads us to a basement. It's cold and dark in there. On the ground are 2 carton boxes with a few blankets in them. I walk closer and see Tatum and Jonah are laying in there. A tear runs down my face. I grab Tatum while David grabs Jonah. I just hold her against me. I have my kids back! I'm happy the man just let's us go. I look at Tatum again and see she has a few bruises Jonah has some to. What did he do to them?

The man is still standing behind us and in front of the door. 

M: Are you happy you have your kids back?

L: Yes of course!  Thank you so much for just letting them go.

M: Hahaha. You thought I was just letting them go?

L: Ehh.

Just when I want to say something the man grabs David by his shirt roughly. Jonah falls on the ground and cries. I immediatly lift him up, I have now 2 babies in my arms. I get up and see the man beating David, he's fighting back but the man looks stronger. What do I have to do?! I'm mad at David but I can't let someone hurt him that bad. I love him. I quickly put the babies back in the boxes and just then the man pulls a gun out. OMG! I run towards him and I want to pull David away. It goes really fast but just in a few seconds the kicks David away and grabs me. 

David's POV

I fall down on the ground. When I look up I see the man's standing next to the boxes holding Liza. He grabs her arm and points the gun at Liza's head. I never saw that look in Liza's eyes before. It was fear. 

D: No! No please don't! She did nothing to you.

M: Right, she did nothing. You did. You took my wife and kid away from me so now it's my turn to take yours away. 

D: No please. You can't do this. 

M: Ohw watch me, I'm sure I can do this. Ok let's see. You took only one kid away from me so I will be reasonable and take only one of yours to. You can choose Tatum or Jonah?
