Heading back to Seoul, it was the only chance he got to talk with Wonwoo again. He was still in the airplane but the flight would only last a couple of minutes. He finally grabbed his phone and opened the Kakaotalk chatroom. Their last text was a day before. It felt weird how he missed Wonwoo when they only knew each other for almost a week.

hey wonwoo-
i

hope you're doing fine <3-
i was really busy-
at what time does school end ?

Junhui didn't get his reply until he finally got home and dropped his things. His house was as empty as always and as he passed a finger on a piece of furniture, he mentally noted he had to clean the house soon.

-hey jun
-it's at 9pm. kinda late

It was very late. He felt like the boy would be very tired and thought it could be such a good idea to actually go pick the boy up from school. He didn't tell Wonwoo anything else, just walked to his school and stood in front of the gates, wearing one of his long coats and bringing one for his friend too, since it was breezy.

Looking at the watch on his wrist, Junhui had to wait 30 minutes yet. He paced back and forth a bit until he heard people coming and tried not to pay attention. Junhui realized that was actually a really nice place, it was pretty. There were cherry blossoms and the school was pretty big too. He hoped that Wonwoo enjoyed that school.

The bell rang and the young adults started to walk out of the school. Junhui was standing outside of the crowd of people to spot Wonwoo but it was Wonwoo who found Junhui.

"What are you doing here?"

His voice sounded cold and he looked gloomy. The guy tried to softly hug him as he couldn't hide how happy he was to see the boy but Wonwoo shoved Junhui away.

"I-I came to pick you up from school... Is everything alright?"

"Yes. Let's go now." He started to walk and Junhui went right after him.

"Hey, I brought you a jacket, it's a bit cold." And kindly held Wonwoo's backpack while the guy got it on. He was really silent as they were walking to Wonwoo's house and Junhui couldn't help but be worried.

"Wonwoo, you're not fine..."

"...I'm not."

"Wanna talk about it?"

The guy kept himself silent and Junhui didn't force anything out of him. He looked like he'd cry anytime soon but was making a big effort not to let that happen. And Junhui would also start to cry if he saw that.

Very softly, Junhui slid his hand underneath Wonwoo's and held it, his thumb caressing the back of the hand.

"Hey, if you need to talk, I'm here."

Wonwoo looked down at their hands and then up to Junhui. His face was still expressionless and he wasn't holding Junhui's hand back.

They were now in front of Wonwoo's apartment. Junhui held him close and hugged him tightly. And again, Wonwoo placed his hands on Junhui's waist but softly slid them up his back to hug him back this time.

"Junhui, can we talk?"

He surely wouldn't deny such thing to the boy. While they were in the lift, Junhui put an arm around Wonwoo and kissed his head, resting his face against him until they got to the floor.

In Wonwoo's apartment, they were sitting down next to each other. Junhui looked around and commented that he had a nice house. Only in the living room, there was a big book shelf filled with books from the bottom to the top, there were a lot of healthy plants spread across the room, a TV, what seemed to be a picture of Soomin and Wonwoo in a frame, the coffee table had a bunch of his school books and papers. But what was more important was Wonwoo and he was just blankly staring at the wall above the TV.
