A week was quite a while. Junhui wasn't sure if it would really only take a week for Wonwoo to think clearly about what he felt and what he wanted to do about their relationship. But he didn't mind waiting for him. It could even take a year or two, Junhui had grown quite too attached to the boy.
He wasn't also able to focus on the book he was reading while on a flight to China, since his father wanted to talk to him. It was still Tuesday, it really felt like the days were passing by really slow and Junhui wasn't still sure if that was a good or bad thing.
The last time the two were together was when Soomin broke up with Wonwoo and the guy walked his way to Junhui's house, all sad and in need of comfort. They slept together once again. Well, Wonwoo slept very peacefully in Junhui's arms but Junhui couldn't really fall asleep. He just held Wonwoo nicely and watched him sleep. Which wasn't the smartest option, honestly. Instead of trying to fall asleep, he was just falling more and more in love with him and his little things. There was nothing to deny about that, Junhui really loved Wonwoo. He wanted to make him happy and give him everything he needed. He was so sure about that.
Going to China could be really fun since there are many pretty places to visit that he hasn't visited yet but for Junhui it was always the same routine. Get an early flight to Shenzhen, take a taxi and go directly to his father's company building.
Already inside of the empty lift to go up in the building, he looked at himself in the big mirrored wall the lift had. His hair was styled nicely by himself and he was wearing a suit since his father insists he needs to wear one whenever he goes there to show that he's the son of a rich and successful businessman.
He immediately thought of Wonwoo. With a little smile, he took his phone out of his pocket and took a few pictures in front of the mirror before the lift stopped. He walked out of the lift and leaned against the wall of the hall where his father's office was. The Wi-Fi had connected so he could send those pictures directly to Wonwoo. Not all of them but the 3 best this time. He was surely better at selfies but that was all he could offer at that moment.
He was lucky enough to send them before one of the women that work there found him. He had never seen her around and she seemed quite young, maybe around his age or a little older.
"Wen Junhui?"
Somehow, she knew his name, which he found super weird but he respectfully put his phone back into his pocket to look at her and bow slightly.
"Yes. I'm Junhui. Is my father waiting for me?"
She bowed to him and informed him in a very respectful manner that yes, his father had been waiting for him in his office and he should hurry up. Junhui kindly thanked her and started to walk calmly to the office, leaving the girl behind. But he could feel her eyes on him, he couldn't just ignore it and had to look back at her to really catch her staring at him and quickly walk away after giving him a nervous glance.
She found me cute, I bet. He smirked to himself as he thought. I mean, I'm handsome, rich, kind... I'd fall for myself too.
His internal monologue reflecting on how he was going to turn down any kind of flirting or intimate approach of other people lasted until he knocked on his father's office door and walked in. His attention was now all with his father and what he had to tell him. Or, at least, he was trying to pay attention. For the first time in a long time, his chest felt weird. Weird as in a kind of anticipation, expecting a message from Wonwoo. Time seemed to go by a little slower than the last times, he couldn't really focus. It was already late when he was finally able to finally to walk out of the building and check for texts. There was nothing from Wonwoo. Maybe he was busy? He wasn't sure but he did start to grow a little worried. What if he had done anything or felt really sad?
