"So, how did you and Sasuke meet?" Mikoto asked curiously.

Sasuke glanced at Naruto. And she glanced back.

"Well, it's a bit of a story."

"Sasuke was an uptight little prick in high school, when I first met him."

She turned to Sasuke, "No offense."

Sasuke shrugged.

"Anyway, He was like the all time play boy. I wasn't a shy nerd or anything. Hell, I was actually far from it," She said to Mikoto, "I was loud, energetic, talkative to the point where everyone knew who I was."

"You got that right." Sasuke admitted.

"I was on the girl's softball team then, and we were actually at one of my games when we had our first encounter," Naruto said.

Naruto was up. Her bright orange softball shirt tucked in her black pants loosely, as she walked up to the home plate.

The number ten printed on her back in all black. Her hair was tied into a two French braids that cascaded down her back. She hate the bat in her hand a few swings before she was fully ready.

She lowered herself into a stance, the bat ready to swing at her will. The pitcher nearly shivered at the determination in her eyes before throwing the ball. And fast.

Naruto bring the bat forward just in time to connect with the ball sending it flying. Naruto didn't waste anytime before dropping the bat and taking off for the first base. And when the other team struggled to get the ball she took of to the other and other bases. Finally making it home with a slide.

Her black pants were stained with orange dirt but she didn't care. She had just won the game for her team.

...

"Oh, I remember that." Itachi spoke up. "I was there at that game too."

...

"Wow, she's quick on her feet." Itachi complimented as Sasuke only shrugged.

The rest of her team came to her, praising her with congratulations. Itachi only sighed.

Naruto ran out the dugout, bumping into Sasuke which in turn made her tumble over and fall. "Ouch." She said looking up at the tall figure that towered her.

"Geez, no 'here, let me help you up'?" She asked, picking herself up and dusting herself off.

Sasuke only scoffed.

"What's your problem?" She asked, her hands on her hips. "What? Mommy and daddy didn't teach you any manners?"

...

"We tried," Fugaku shrugged.

...

Sasuke only hmped.

"Fine, whatever," She said shrugging of his attitude, "Duckass." She muttered but loud enough for him to hear it.

Itachi laughed after she left, making it very obvious he heard the comment as well. "She.. she called you.. haha!" He burst into more fits of laugher.

...

"And that's how me and Sasuke met." Naruto said, "Cool, huh?"

"But how we actually started dating is a completely different story."
