Joey's POV:

I was outside of my car as I saw Shane walking up to face me.

Shane: Are you okay Joey?

Joey: I guess, I mean I wanted it to work out so badly, but nothing ever goes my way.

Shane: I'm so sorry Joey. We did all we could. You just haven't found the right person yet, that's all.

Joey: But it's been so long, Ill never find the right person... I'll be lonely forever. Lonely Damn Hearts Club! My New Years resolution was to find love. It probably wont happen, ever.

Shane: Joey, you're amazing, and anyone who can't see that in you is missing out. Please, just remember that, for me?

Joey: Thanks Shane. You're amazing too. Actually, way beyond amazing. I'll remember that. Lisa is lucky to be with you.

Shane: Joey, you're so sweet!

I blushed. Aww

Shane: Thanks, and I'm serious, the right person will come around. Yeah, about Lisa...

Joey: What happened?!

I turned to Shane in shock. We were close to eachother. He looked down.

Shane: I don't know, I've just been feeling this weird feeling lately. It's like something is going to happen. It's suspenseful in a good/bad way. I started to feel less engaged in Lisa and I, and, her kisses weren't the same. I don't know if it was because I was confused or what, but I don't know what to do. I actually have been writing a song lately. I think its about Lisa.

Joey: Oh gawsshh, Shane. That's weird. You still love her though. right?

Shane: I think I do. Yeah, I mean she's my girlfriend. It almost seems like I'm losing interest in all of this.

Joey: Maybe you should sing the song to me, because it could help you reassure your feelings for Lisa? Plus, I really want to hear it!

I smiled big as Shane looked at me, sorta embarrassed. I pulled Shane into a hug.

Shane: Alright. And Joey, you'll find that special someone soon.

I embraced Shane tightly, and as we pulled away, I felt my heart beat quickly. I gazed at Shane's perfect blue eyes as they were glistening in the moon light. He is freaking gorgeous, I hope he knows that. I said it out of nowhere!

Joey: You're gorgeous. You do know that, right?

Gawsssh...

Shane: Haha, thanks Joey. But, look at you. You're pretttyyyy good if you ask me.

I winked at Shane as he walked to his car to get his guitar and song lyrics from the trunk. I watched him walk back as I smiled as his presence.

Shane: Well, I don't know how this will sound, but it's just a few lyrics. Let me start I guess.

Shane's POV: I looked down at the lyrics about Lisa and began to sing and strum.

This isn't about Lisa, she DOENST have green eyes! Her eyes are blue. What the?! Confused, I kept singing.
