Annabeth's POV

I growled as I teleported myself to the beach, where the sun is setting and the only place where I can have myself calm...and think about Percy.

Percy

The love of my life, now fighting in a war against me because of my mother's pride.
Now I know how Percy felt when Olympians called him a traitor.
"Are you okay?" A girl asked, sitting next to me.
"Annoyed Piper" I answered.
"I know what your mother did was cruel but-"
"Piper, you of all people should know that hurting Percy was the last line" I yelled.
"I know but...don't go" Piper said "As much as all of us would want to because of your mother's actions, we need to stay and help our siblings"
Oh, shes talking about me joining Arachne's side.
Wait...did she say all of us?!!?
The seven?
"I wont Pipes, it's fine, I just can't believe she would do that" I said.
"Maybe she has a reason" Piper said.
"Yeah, like her hating Percy" I muttered.
Piper moved in front of me.
"No, like the fates" Piper said "Just go and talk to her, hear her side"
I sighed.
"Fine..." I said.
Piper always knows best; especially when it comes to family/love topics.
I stood up and walked back to my cabin, with Piper following me.

As soon as I got to my cabin, I saw my siblings staring wide eyed at...Athena in her human form.
She was sitting on my bed, with tears in her eyes.
"It's okay mum, I'm sure she'll forgive you" Bella, one of the newest children of Athena said.
"Forgive who?" I asked, even though I knew who they were talking about; me.
Everyone turned to me wide eyed.
"So would would like to explain to me why you hurt my boyfriend?" I asked, walking to her.
"He blames me for what happened to him...at the end of the quest, I gave him his reward but a second later he disappeared out of sight. I have been looking for him for a long time until when I realised where he was, I couldn't go" my mother explained.
"Where was he?" I asked, trying to keep calm.
My mother flinched.
"It's best for him to say it, I do not want to get on his bad side, by the way he was talking before, I think he could be more powerful than his own father with water powers" Athena said, making me gasp.
"That's-"
"Impossible I know, but I don't want to find out" my mother said "Can you forgive me?"
I smiled.
Percy must have been overwhelmed.
"I forgive you mother" I said,making it official that I'm her daughter again.
She stood up and hugged me, making my cabin cheer.
I laughed.
"Campfire time guys; I'll be there in a second" I said, making me and my mother alone in my cabin.

"I know this sounds stupid but Zeus wanted the council to know if we made up or not" my mother said, making me roll my eyes.
"Just incase I don't betray them" I muttered.
"I know I'm saying this about my own father but he is over dramatic sometimes" my mother said.
I laughed.
"Sometimes?!!?" I said "I think most of the time"
I laughed again as my mother teleported us to the throne room.

Zeus smiled slightly as he saw me enter with my mother.
"You made up then" Zeus said.
I nodded and bowed.
"Yes, it was all a misunderstanding" I said as I walked to my mother,who was in her normal form and sitting on her throne.
"At lest she won't betray us like that sea scum..." Ares muttering, making me anger.
"Percy hasn't betrayed Olympus!!!" I yelled "He said he wouldn't fight on Olympus side on this war because he, as well as so many people, think this war is childish!"
"How dare you speak to me like that?!!?" Ares yelled,standing up.
Before I could reply someone appeared in front of Poseidon's throne...a very familar man.
