"Hey Emily" I looked from the book I was reading and saw my best friend Oliver wood. "Hey Oliver, how are you" "i'm good, how are you?" "I'm good, what are you up to today?" "sitting here watching the most beautiful girl read a book" I looked up and saw Oliver smile, i smiled back and said "don't you have Quidditch practice today?" As I said that I saw my friend Fred and George Weasley walk down the stairs in their Quidditch uniform. Then Fred said "hurry up Oliver we need to go to the pitch" before Oliver said anything the Weasley twins dragged him out the Gryffindor common room. As the door closed I started laughing while getting my bag and book so I can go to the library.

Once I got to the library I was looking for the book that Professor Snape has set us to read for a potion assignment. After looking for the book for 15 minutes I saw it on a high shelf that I couldn't reach, I was struggling to grab the book until I saw someone next to me grab the book. I turn to the side and I saw Marcus Flint the boy from Slytherin that I have been in love with since last year. He looked at me and said "was this the book you wanted?" "Yes,......thank you" I said feeling myself going red in the face. As he gave me the book,his smiled which made me weak at the knees "..........I got to go......bye" said before running out of the Library.

I'm always running down the corridor I heard Marcus calling my name so I slow down"hey Emily, I was wondering would you be my girlfriend" "what!" I said looking at him surprise. "I said would you be my girlfriend because I have like you since last year when I bumped into you that day in Hogsmade and I thought you just the most beautiful girl I ever seen, so would you be my girlfriend?" I looked at him and said "yes I would love to be your girlfriend" and after I said that Marcus started leaning in until I fell our lips touch, it Felt like firework exploding.

Then I Heard someone shout my name in anger I turned around and I saw my best friend on about with an angry look on his face.  When he got over to R I tried to talk to him but he pushed me out the way, went and punched Marcus in the face. "STOP" I shouted at Oliver "why, why should I, I saw him kissing you" I looked him dead in the eye and said "because he's my boyfriend" "WHAT" Oliver shouted "no I'm not having that" he said letting go of Marcus's shirt collar "you're not my dad Oliver you can't tell me what to do, you know what, if you can't except me and Marcus being together then I don't want you to be my best friend anymore" as I said that Oliver angry face dropped and said "Emily you don't.......you don't really mean that" "yes I do,....... bye Oliver" I said pulling Marcus with me.

It had been a few weeks since me and Oliver, he had been trying to speak to me but I just ignore him but to be honest I miss my best friend. I got snapped at my thoughts when Marcus said that he spoken to Oliver. "What, what did you say" "turn around" he said smiling. I turned around and saw my best friend standing there. I got out of my seat and jumped into his arms, I missed him so much. Then Oliver said "Emily I am so sorry I guess I want to shocked but please forgive me I miss you", I looked up and smiled at him and said "I miss you too Oliver" as we both sat down I said "Oliver, Marcus will you too please be nice to each other for me" both Marcus and Oliver looked at each other, look back at me and said "we will, for you" and from then on I have both my boyfriend and my best friend.
