I slowly opened my sleepy lids from a heavy sleep. Waking up and realising there was a blanket over me and soft pillow underneath my head, joe was sweet. I lifted myself up, with a bashing headache.
grabbed my purse off the floor to get my pills, they were gone. Where could they be? I got up off the cosy sofa and limping to the bathroom door, I opened the door and found joe just about to jump in the shower, "Eek!" I said loudly, "I'm sorry joe" "I'm trying to find some headache reliever or some painkillers." I embarrassedly admitted.
"Downstairs underneath the sink, don't ask why" he laughed. "Oh okay thanks" I laughed quietly. As I was walking downstairs I heard banging on the front door. My heart started beating fast. I looked out the window, I saw Caspar. He seemed like he was panicking.
I raced downstairs and into the hallway, I opened the front door and hugged Caspar for dear life. Caspar sobbed on my shoulder. I patted his back and asked what happened.
"M-mad-" he stuttered, he moved away and revealed his bloodshot eyes and purple cheeks. "M-maddies" "gone" he sobbed.
"What?" "What do you mean gone?" I questioned. "She's.."
"She's gone. I looked all over the apartment, josh has went to the police station and I'm searching for her" - he said loudly "I came to you because I know you always know what to do"
Joe came sprinting down the stairs in a towel and wet hair. "Jesus" he swore, "Caspar mate, what happened?"
