Eliza's POV

It wasn't like they always said in the movies. I knew exactly where I was. I didn't need time to focus on my surrounding and I wasn't confused. I knew exactly in which hopeless situation I was.

My head screamed in pain but I tried to ignore it...it'll go away eventually. Headache was the least problem I had in the past days.

Slowly I got up. One look through the window was enough to see it was still raining. The clothes the stranger gave me were way too big but I appreciated it. I appreciated everything he did. Without him I would have been still crying on the porch of my house.
I grabbed my pants from the floor. They were still kinda wet but nothing like before. I changed into them and decided that I would keep wearing the cozy sweatshirt since it was alright regarding the size and my shirt was still soaked. Plus my jacket wasn't too warm and my idea involved me going outside into the cold.
Yes...I had a plan. It sucked but was all I had for now...

Dan's Pov

With a yawn I stretched my legs and opened my eyes. Man. I didn't get much sleep last night. Most of the time I just kept thinking about the girl that was laying downstairs on my couch. I had no clue what to do with her. She really seemed like she needed help but I had no clue how to do that. Especially not if she doesn't tell me what the matter is.

After a few minutes I needed to recover from sleeping I raised myself up from bed and decided to go downstairs to check on her.

But as soon as I got down I couldn't find her anyway. Was I wrong? Was she just, here to steal my stuff...but nothing was missing? I made sure she was nowhere else but she was gone...I looked down onto her shirt ...and my sweatshirt as well...

I know this chapter is really short and not that good but I have this chapter done for a few days now and don't know wat to do to make it better. Hope you understand <3
