Chapter 10

Jc's POV:

It's 5:30 in the morning and I can't get back to sleep. I yawn taking out my phone

1 missed call from mom

3 texts messages from Naomi

I delete the messages and place my phone down, when I got home last night my mom told me Naomi stopped by to see if I was here. So I plan of texting her back. just not now. I pull myself out of bed, since I can't sleep I get in the shower. after I dry myself off and wrap the towel around my waist, it took me a while to pick out clothes but I decided on regular skinny jeans, and a America flag tank. I through over my black jacket and stuffed my feet into my white vans. I sat in bed trying to make up a lie to tell Naomi. I honestly don't know why I'm ignoring her, ok maybe I do. I wanted to kiss her that night but she made it very clear she didn't feel the same. I guess I'm embarrassed.

To Naomi:

*hey sorry I haven't responded I was out with the guys*

Sent.

5 minutes later my phone buzzes in my pocket

From Naomi:

*gosh you Jerk! I though something happened to you :) but now that I have your attention, wanna hang out?*

I bite my lip. hang out! I want to so bad but from what Sam read the other day she wants to talk about the other night! I can't embarrass my self anymore then I already have

To Naomi:

*thats sound great but me and my family are having a family day, we haven't had one in a long time, maybe next time?*

It wasn't totally a lie. we do have family days, just not today.

From Naomi:

*oh ok well have fun :)*

I place my phone in my pocket. I feel horrible, but what else am I suppose to do?

Sams POV:

I haven't felt the same since Mackenzie left. I don't see her around. and I can't go back to the hospital because she won't be there. I need to get my mind off her

To Kain:

*hey I was thinking about rounding up the guys and going for froyo, maybe even bowling after. you in?*

From Kian:

*hell yea I'm in!, I'll text the guys*

I place my phone in my pocket and look at the clock beside my bed

9:39 shown.

I ran through the shower getting dressed and walked over to Kian's house. he's only a block away so it takes about 5 minutes to get there. I don't bother knocking

"Hey Kain!" I yell as I walk upstairs

"Getting ready be down in a few" I hear

I stop and walk back downstairs.

I wait about 10 minutes and he comes running downstairs

"Are the guys coming?"i ask curious

"Yea everyone except Connor, he's filming and doesn't feel like tagging alone"

"Awesome" I say

We end up waiting until everyone else gets here an we head to the froyo place, we sit down for about an hour talking and eating, after we decided to go bowling. We all walked side by side
