Hey everyone! I'm new so please don't judge!

I just wanted to say that comments and suggestions are accepted and that I trust that you guys will support me in the writing of this new story. But, hey, nobody's perfect! :)

If you think that something should be changed or tweaked, please feel free to message me! And I'm not a professional writer, so don't expect perfect grammar and spelling, but please let me know if I did something wrong.

I don't know how often I'll update, but I'll try to as often as I can!

Chapter 1

~Annabeth~

I had finally convinced my dad to let me stay in New York for the school year and go to Goode with Percy. Of course, I had Mr. Blofis arrange all of my classes to be with Percy, except for the elective. I have my locker next to Percy too! Can life get any better? I've got a super hot boyfriend, a family, camp... There's a whole list. There's just one thing... Percy thinks that I'm gonna be in California. I didn't want to tell him, because I want to see his face when I get to school on Monday and he sees me there.

*time lapse: first day*

BEEP BEEP BEEP

I groaned and slapped my alarm clock, almost crushing it. Getting out of bed, I stood up and went into the shower. I dressed in a sky blue tank top, a gray sweater with an owl on it, dark skinny jeans, and my black high top converse, my golden curls pulled up into a ponytail. I also put on my silver owl earrings that my dad gave me, and a charm bracelet Percy got me for my birthday. It was inscribed: To my Wise Girl, I will always love you. Love, Percy. Isn't he the best? I sighed happily to myself as I walked into my kitchen and grabbed a energy bar and a glass of orange juice. I glanced at the clock. 7:30! I'm gonna be late! I put my glass in the sink, snatched up my backpack and jacket, and bolted to school. Goode was close enough that I could walk. When I finally reached Goode, I walked into the office and saw a lady with chestnut hair, and a floral print dress.

"Excuse me." I asked the lady. She looked up at me and smiled.

"Hello! You must be the new student! Annabeth Chase?", she asked. I nodded. She handed me my schedule and called a girl over from the back room. She was average height, had chestnut hair like the lady, blue eyes, and wore a graphic tee with skinny jeans and converse.

"Hi! I'm Paige! And you are?" Paige said holding out her hand.

"Annabeth." I told her, smiling and shaking her hand.

"Can I see your schedule?" She asked. I handed her the paper. Her eyes widened.

"Is there something wrong?" I asked.

"Oh! No... But you are SO lucky to have the locker next to the hottest most popular guy in school!" She said grinning madly.

"Oh really? Who is he?" I asked putting on my dumb blonde act.

"Percy Jackson! Captain of the swim team.", Paige said. "He happens to be one of my best friends. But don't get any ideas. He's off limits, he claims to have this 'girlfriend' who lives in California, but girls throw themselves at him anyway." She said eyeing me. We walked out of the office and started towards my locker. When we got to my locker, I opened it and started to put my books into it. Paige stopped me when I was about halfway done.

"That's him."

I looked in the direction she was looking. Oh. My. Gods. There he is. The boy I liked since we were 12. The boy that I am proud to call my boyfriend. The guy who defeated Kronos, killed the Minotaur without any training, and stole my heart. I stared at him.

"Percy!" Paige shouted. He looked up smiling.

"Hey Paige!" He waved.

Then, he looked at me.

He kept his eyes on me for an extra moment, then his friendly smile turned into a full-out grin. He dropped his backpack on the hard tile floor.

"ANNABETH!" He shouted while running at full speed toward me and tackling me in a hug. I buried my face in his sweatshirt, just breathing in the scent of him.

Ahh. That scent of sea salt and sand. That's my Seaweed Brain!

I pulled away and looked into his mesmerizing sea green eyes. We stayed like this for a moment, then he leaned in and we kissed. It was full of bliss, passion and love. We didn't even notice that everyone in the hallway was staring at us. We finally broke apart still staring into each others eyes, until someone coughed. We both looked up, blushing. They all looked at us with 'what the heck just happened' and 'who's she' looks. Percy spoke first.

"Oh! Sorry guys! Um...this is Annabeth Chase, my girlfriend." He said looking at everyone's reactions.

Most of the girls in the hallway just scowled, looks of hatred in their eyes.
