I was standing in a clearing that was filled with wildflowers and tall grasses. It felt too happy. Ugh. I hate happiness. Well, sometimes, not all the time. I turn around to where I'm facing a waterfall. I quickly climb up the rocks to find a little opening. I take another step forward, onto a small ledge that overlooks the entrance to a cave.

I jump and swiftly land onto a thick rock ledge right behind the waterfall. Turning around, I walk farther into the cave, triggering small lanterns to burst with light. I eventually reach a small doorway, which I covered closed by hanging a sliding curtain over it. I tugged open the curtain, letting the soft blue fabric slide to my left. I stepped into the small doorway, which eventually got larger as you went down the dark corridor. Luckily, I recently installed some of the small lanterns that I had in the other room.

I saw a bright light at the end if the long hallway. Heading towards it, I broke off into a sprint, leading me closer and closer to my happiness with each pounding step.

I burst into the new atmosphere as I sprinted through the opening. I came to a clearing, miles and miles of land at my fingertips. I discovered this when I was looking for Annabeth one day. Well, the cave, then eventually this. For some reason, someone decided to build a totally modernized house and put it smack dab in this place. I've lived there ever since. It's a two-story house complete with 8 bedrooms, 5 baths, a kitchen, game room, study room, small library, living room, dining room, basement, rooftop garden and pool, and my personal favorite, the training room. It has everything you could ever need for battle. I like to use the dummies and bows and arrows. There's also an outdoor pool and spa, and an orchard behind the house, with a beach.

I jogged to my house, walking in and going to my room. Of course, I chose the biggest one. I went into my closet and changed out of my jeans, t-shirt, and boots, into a pair of grey cloth shorts, a sky blue tank, and a pair of sneakers. I left my hair in the ponytail, and walked outside.

I continued walking not stopping until I got to the beach. I sat down on the pristine white sand, getting lost in my thoughts. I eventually looked at the watch on my wrist, coming to the conclusion that I've been sitting there for about an hour. Sighing, I slowly pushed myself off of the sand and dusted off my shorts.

Instead of going back to the house, I kept walking southward, down the beach. There was so many things I haven't explored yet! I walked even further, eventually finding a small cove.

I entered, letting my hands run along the smooth rock. Inside, the black obsidian shines as the light reflects off of the blue ocean water.

"Wow." I breathed, taking in the scene as I walked forward.

The cave went on for about 30 feet, the back and ceiling curved, into a dome shape. The ceiling had a gaping hole in it, giving sight of the cloudless sky, and probably the stars at night. As I walked to the back of the cave, I saw stairs.

Not caring about the possibility of danger, I jogged forward, practically skipping down the stairs. I saw a faint light up ahead, letting my feet guide me, I walked in.

Awe-struck, I stood there, staring at a cave covered from top-to-bottom with crystals. Whatever wasn't covered with crystal was glowing with color from everything else.

When I came to my senses, I walked in further, letting the colorful light guide me. Suddenly, I heard a small sound, like a whimper.

I kept walking to the farthest edge of the cave, where it branched off from the entrance. There were three hallways, one yellow, one blue, and one pure white. Listening again, I heard the whimpering coming from the white hallway.
