We walked into the infirmary, the smell of antiseptic and Lysol filling my nostrils instantly. Immediately, Will rushed over, grabbing a bottle of rubbing alcohol and cotton balls with one hand, and one on the small of my back with the other, ushering me over to the back with Jason trailing behind.

"So how is she?" I asked when she came into view.

The gash on her head was bandaged, with a hint of blood showing on the top of the gauze pad. Her torso was cad in bandages, the bleeding from the gash ceased, but the rip in her shirt still there. Her hair was pulled back into ponytail, done by one of the healers so it didn't get anymore caked in blood. Her ankle was cad in a blue brace, matching her hair, and the scratches on her arms only recognized by Band-Aids.

"We stitched up the gash in her side and on her eyebrow, her ankle's sprained, but should be okay in a couple weeks, and the scratches we covered in Neosporin and should be okay, but the sufficient blood loss and concussion could potentially be a threat to her recent memory and when she wakes up or not." Will replied.

"But she's okay though right?" I asked.

"Yeah, she'll be fine."

"Okay good." I turned away. "I just wanted the recent update. You can go back to doing whatever you were doing before we came here."

I took one step just in time to hear a soft moan. Turning, I looked at the girl. Her face contorted into a pained expression before she gasped, eyes bursting open to reveal hypnotizing sea green orbs.

She gasped, taking to action to sit up, but clutched her head and fell back into the pillow, groaning. Will rushed over, an ice pack in hand, placing it to her temple. She opened her eyes again, looking up at Will and giving him a small smile before her eyes widened.

"W-Who are you? Where am I? Where's Achilles?" She blurted in a raspy voice.

She started to get up but was pushed back by Will and handed a cup of water.

"Here." Will said.

"Thanks." She said, gulping it down. She placed the plastic cup on the wooden table beside her cot, placed two fingers in her mouth and whistled. After the high-pitched tone, a sharp dog bark rang out through the infirmary. I turned, just to be knocked over by the torpedo of black fur slamming into me. He jumped up onto the cot, climbing onto the girl's lap and licking her face.

The girl laughed, picking the dog up and hugging it to her chest.

"Hey, Chille! How are ya girl?" She cooed, scratching behind the dogs ears.

A minute later, she looked up, like she finally noticed that she had no idea where she was and who she was staring at.

"Who are you?" She asked looking at Will, Jason, and I.

"I'm Will, and this is Thalia, and Jason." He pointed at each of us.

"Hey." I smiled.

"Hi." Jason gave a small wave and a grin.

"Who are you?" Will asked.

"I'm Cassie, and this is Achilles." She rubbed her dog's stomach.

I laughed, taking a liking to the girl's sunny disposition.

"Uh, I have a question." Cassie asked after she calmed her dog down.

"Shoot." I sat down on the cot next to hers.

"Where am I?" She looked nervous.

"You're in Camp Half-Blood." Will answered.

"And where is that?"
