Her scent lays next to me, and I am folded into her embrace with the ease of a child. And every moment feels like a fresh dawn opening my soul to her eyes. I can't place this feeling of peace but it rests on my shoulder like a light breeze. Her lips bid me in, and I can feel nothing but sweet gratitude for her being. Each and every touch erases some grand ill from my past until I can be truly here... in this moment... with her. And from this new perspective I can stare out the windows, her arms under mine, her breathing a gentle reminder of the grace we were promised, I can stare out these windows and see sunlight as a miracle. I can see children and a house. I can see purpose. Fuck me, I can see love
