Out Of Place

[Chapter Seventeen]

{Ally's POV}

While I was playing with Michael, we heard the front door slam, making us jump. We looked at each other for a moment before Calum took a baseball bat from underneath his bed. The three of us slowly and carefully tip toed our way down, Calum on the lead and i was beside Michael, both of us scared.

When Calum peeked to see who it was, i caught a glimpse of a blond hair and curly brown ones but their backs were turned to us. Before we could take another step, the both of them turned around and the three of us finally got the chance to exhale. 

"Why are you holding a bat?" Luke asked as we went downstairs. "We heard the door slam so Calum took his bat just in case it was a bad guy." Michael explained and i nodded. 

Then we all sat on the living room and I asked what happened. Luke told me everything and i can't help but feel guilty. "Did you guys... break up?" I asked to both Luke and Ashton. They shrugged. "We're not completely sure about it." Ashton said. 

Then there was a moment of silence but Luke broke it. "Ally stay here. Me and the boys are just gonna talk." He said and stood up. I nodded and the boys went to the kitchen. I sighed and took a random pen and paper and started to draw things that were in my mind.

{Luke's POV}
We walked to the kitchen and i sighed. "So... you have feelings for Ally?" Michael whispered. I slowly nodded and looked down. "I know it's wrong but when i first saw her at school last week or a couple of days ago, i felt the same feeling i felt when i see her..." I confessed and sighed. 

"When do you plan to telling her? I mean, she deserves to know." Calum said. "I don't know when... probably when i'm ready." I said and rubbed my face with my palms. 

"What about Paula?" Michael asked and i shrugged. "There's a 80 percent chance we would break up." I answered. "But for now, we need to cool off." I added and looked at Ash. 

"I mean do you still love her? Paula?" Michael repeated. I bit my bottom lip. "I don't know... especially that i found out that she was the one who ruined my relationship with Ally and that they used to hurt her." I replied and they nodded. 

I said that even though i'm completely sure that i don't love Paula anymore and when we ever meet or bump to each other, i'll break up with her right away because if i don't, i would just be lying to her. It's for the best. 

Then i looked at Ally. She was, drawing random stuff on a piece of paper, her back facing me, making me smile. That's one of the things i loved about her. She was so great at drawing she doesn't even notice it. 

Then i caught a glimpse of my name on the paper and i felt something. A... spark? Or maybe butterflies in my stomach? I don't know... 

I think she likes me... Wait what? That's... impossible. I shook my head and looked away from her. When i looked back up at the boys. Michael and Calum has a confused face and Ashton was smirking at me. I blushed. "What?" I said. The confusion of the other two faded away and smirked as well. 

"He really does like Ally." Michael said, still smirking. I bit my bottom lip and nodded. "It's like young Luke's soul possessed present Luke." Calum said and we burst into laughter. 

"I guess he did." I said, smiling.

{Ally's POV}
As i randomly draw stuff, i somehow ended up writing Luke. When i realized it, i quickly crossed it out. I bit my bottom lip. Why on earth did i wrote that? Something's wrong with me. I shook my head and sighed. A few minutes later, the boys laughter startled me. I smiled at the sound of Ashton's. 

Just imagine Ashton looking strong and all then he just burst into giggles. How cute. 

When i looked down to my paper, a drawing caught my eye. It was Ashton but without his eyes, nose, and lips. Oh God what is happening to me. I folded the paper and stuffed it in my back pocket. I sighed and lied down the couch. I closed my eyes and i quickly fell asleep.

I woke up with someone caressing my hair. I slowly opened my eyes but squinted it afterwards because of the light. I blinked and looked around to see who's doing it. I was meet by bright blue eyes and a bright smile. I smiled and sat up. "How long was i asleep?" I asked them rub my eyes. "Uhh... 30 minutes or so?" Ashton said but shrugged. I nodded and yawned. 

"Cutie." I heard Luke mumble. I looked at him and blushed. He blushes as well. I looked at the others and saw them smirking at that both of us. "What?" Luke and I said in unison but it only made Ashton smirk wider, Calum fake coughs, and Michael wiggle his eyebrows. I furrowed mine. I think Luke did something because they stopped and just smiled at the both of us.

Then i faced Luke. "Hey wanna go home? The girls won't bother you i- we promise." he said and smiled. "Uh okay, sure." I said and smiled back. All of us stood up but Luke insisted that he can drive me alone. Michael and Calum sat back down but Ashton seemed a bit worried.

I walked to him and placed my hands on his shoulders. "It's okay, Ash. No need to worry." I said and flashed a reassuring smile. He nodded slowly and smiled back. "See you tomorrow." He said. I was about to walk to the door but i stopped and turned them again.

"Oh, and guys, i'm sorry for the chaos I've cause..." I said and smiled sadly. They said it was okay but the feeling of guilt didn't go away. I followed Luke to his car and got in. When we got to my place, Luke hugged me shortly before driving off.

the ending sUCKS. I updating since im stuck with my laptop once again because my phone is fucking broken again. PLEASE SOMEONE BUY ME A FUCKING NEW ONE GODDAMN IT. The start of this year's summer sucks already. uGH.
