PB ARRIVES DOWNTOWN ON HIS MOTORCYCLE AND PARKS IT RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE BACKSIDE OF THE CIRCUS. PB GOES INTO AN ALLEYWAY AND MAKES A STAIRCASE LIKE CONSTRUCT TO GET TO THE TOP OF THE BUILDING BESIDE HIM. ONCE ON TOP OF THAT BUILDING PB PULLS OUT SOME BINOCULARS AND LOOKS OVER AT THE CIRCUS.

There has to be something more that I'm not aware of. Something that's not being taken into account.
PB HEARS SOMEONE BEHIND HIM AND WHEN HE TURNS TO LOOKS HER SEES JUKE ON TOP OF THE BUILDING WITH HIM.

JUKE LOOKS AT THE BINOCULARS AND AS SHE TRIES TO DART FOR THEM PB MAKES A HANDCUFF CONSTRUCT AND CHAINS HER TO A PIPE ON THE ROOF.

PB PULLS OUT HIS BADGE AND SHOWS IT TO JUKE.

PB GRABS ONE OF JUKE'S PRESSURE POINTS AND KNOCKS HER OUT. HE THEN ABSORBS THE LEAD BACK INTO HIMSELF. PB THEN HOPS DOWN OFF THE BUILDING THAT HE'S ON AND GOES CLOSER TO WHERE THE TENT IS. PB SNEAKS AROUND AND THEN MANAGES TO GET INSIDE OF THE TENT FROM THE BACK ENTRANCE. PB KNOCKS OUT ONE OF THE WORKERS AND THEN TAKES AWAY HIS VEST. HE ALSO TAKES A MASCARADE MASK AND WEARS IT TO BOLSTER HIS DISGUISE. WALKING AROUND PB PRETENDS TO DO WORK AND WORKS HIS WAY OVER TO WHERE MARSHAL IS WHILE HE'S TALKING TO CLOUT.
[Marshal]
Have you seen Juke, she was supposed to be back here 10 minutes ago. What the matter with her?
