I'm 18 weeks pregnant! I can't believe it! Today we are going to have the ultra sound where we find out our baby's gender! I decided to wear a black full sleeve shirt that said something really cute on it.

"Are you ready babe?" asked Adym. "Yes! I am absolutely ready!" I exclaimed. "I can't wait to see the baby today" said Adym. We were driving down to the clinic for our appointment. We got to the clinic and we walked to the front desk. "Hi, how may I help you?" asked the receptionist. "We are here for our ultrasound" I say. "May I have your name?" asked the receptionist. "Ava Bianchi" I said. "Please take a seat and wait for the nurse to call you in" said the receptionist. "Thank you" I said and went with Ricco to go and have a seat. A few minutes into us snap- chatting the nurse announced "Ava Bianchi" Ricco and I stood up and the nurse asked "Hi, how are you today?" I said, "I am doing great thank you". She led us to a room where the doctor had me lay down and Ricco had a chair right beside me.
Dr.Claire turned on the monitor and she said "Okay now I'm going to put gel on you", I nodded. The gel felt cool on my belly, she took her little device and started rubbing on top of the gel. I looked over at Adym so seemed so fascinated by what he was looking at. The tiny arms and legs of the baby. "It seems to like to hide whether it's a girl or a boy" said the doctor. She moved the monitor around a bit more and then she stopped. She turned to Ricco and I and said "Congratulation! Your having a beautiful baby girl!". "Omg! A little baby girl!" I said so happy. "I can't wait to meet my little princess" said Adym.
On the drive home we decided that we wanted to finalize the name within a few days and then do a huge reveal.
