Jimin fixed his tricorn hat as he caught a sight of himself in the mirror. "Handsome as always." He winked to himself, his smile brightening. As he passed a room full of naked soldiers tied together with a blanket he stopped to bow at them. "Oh, thank you for your attention gentlemen. I hope we never meet again." He laughed at their angry faces, clicking his tongue while disappearing from their sight.
The city of Vietnam was crowded as always, he could barely push his way through. But Park Jimin had no intention in pushing anyone. Instead he walked over to a horse tied beside a man who seemed to be a soldier, but of higher rank. Admiral? "I am looking for this man. Have you seen him?" He heard the man talk. He untied the horse and placed a small kiss on his head before quietly climbing on the saddle. He turned round to look at the poster in the admiral's hands, his face frowning when he saw a drawing of himself. Jimin rolled his eyes as the admiral continued to call him 'filthy and disgusting, rude and immature but overall a failure'. "I've seen that handsome, cruel and dangerous pirate." The admiral turned behind with a smile but it fell when he saw Jimin on his horse. Before the admiral could take his sword out Jimin kicked him with his foot, the men behind him caught him before he could fall in the mud.
"Someone stop that pirate!" The admiral yelled but Jimin laughed as people moved out of his way. "Pace up, lovely!" Jimin kicked the horse and it started to run. In the distance he could see men with guns, aiming for him. He pulled the reigns and the horse turned left. "No! Right!" His sight darkened as he passed beneath a bridge. "Oh!" He stood up on the horse and jumped to catch onto a flag. "Au revoir, mon belle!" He climbed up and sighed in relief when he didn't see any soldiers. Jimin threw his feet over the bench and examined his surroundings. "And then I saw his ring!" "How big?" He heard some women talk as he passed by them. He walked back to see them with a wide smile. "Hello, lovelies." The three women looked at him and immediately their surprised faces blushed and they found themselves making space for him to sit.
"Remember the name!" "Which name?" "Park Jimin!" "Are you a pirate, Park Jimin?" "I'm the Captain of one of the strongest crews out there on the World Sea!" "Which one, Captain?" "Puppies of Wonderland."
It wasn't Jimin who answered. Well, of course it wasn't Jimin who answered because that name should be prohibited. All eyes moved to a man who stood in front of Jimin with the similar triangle hat and clothing. The typical pirate style. Jimin's cheerful face turned upside down. The women around Jimin stood up and stood next to his well known 'friend'. Jimin stood up with a smirk of disbelief on his face. "Jeon Jungkook."
The man grinned devilishly, he eyed Jimin up and down, his eyes stopping on Jimin's not so happy face. "Long time no see, captain Park." Jimin rolled his eyes. "Yes, quite a great time." "Yes, a wonderful time." "Yes, you should leave now." Jungkook looked at the women around him and raised an eye brow. "And leave these beautiful ladies with you? I don't think so." Jimin glared, stepping closer to him. Even though it was supposed to intimidate him it was hard because of Jimin's particular height. Jungkook's face was shining, he had hoped to see Jimin in a really long time but the older lad seemed to always be one step ahead of him. "What are you doing here, captain Jeon?" He turned his back to him and started to walk away, he didn't like the sight of those women around him. Especially because they betrayed him.
Jungkook shrugged the women off and without paying attention to them followed Jimin. "A map appeared among the pirates." Jimin looked at the sea in front of him, not looking at Jungkook who seemed rather mesmerized by Jimin's beauty. "A treasure map." Jimin slowly looked at him, his eyes not showing a bit of excitement as he thought he would. "You're playing games now, Jungkook?" Jungkook laughed partly because Jimin considered him a kid because he was a year older but mostly because he loved hearing Jimin say his name. Like 'Jungkook' existed only for Jimin to pronounce it. "You've heard of the golden house on the island called Heaven?" Jimin nodded. "Built by the Pirate Kings." "Yes. About fifty years ago that crew stole the most treasure than anyone probably will ever again. The crew became greedy, they broke the pirate code and stole the bits of the well kept gold. The two captains had no choice but to bury the gold and kill their crew."
Jimin sighed, looking at the younger one again. "I grew up with that story. Don't tell me it's real." Jungkook nodded with a small smile, he hoped Jimin would be happy to hear he could be rich. "It is." Jimin laughed, shaking his head. "You should grow up, Jungkook." Jimin turned his back to him but Jungkook pulled him back, startling him in the process. "Come with me." Jimin swallowed a lump in his throat. "There is no such thing as that damn treasure, get yourself together!" Jungkook was surprised by Jimin's loud voice but he didn't let it show.
In the corner of his eye Jimin saw something familiar appear. "There he is!" "Arrest both of them!" Jimin's eyes widened, his hand going in Jungkook's. "Run!" Jungkook was confused but he followed him nevertheless. He had no reason not to.
They ran through the busy street, the one Jimin didn't want to walk through. Jungkook saw three horses in front of a pub. "Hyung!" Jimin gasped when he suddenly pulled him aside. "Jungkook-" He stopped talking when he saw the horses. With a shake of his head he ran to climb the horse but his entire body tensed when someone grabbed his waist, he thought he was caught. But it was Jungkook helping him. He watched the younger one grin as he swiftly swung his foot over the horse and made himself comfortable on the saddle. "You are so going to-" Jimin quickly held the reins when Jungkook slapped the horse's butt.
The two thought they made it away from them but yelling could be heard behind them. "This way!" "Get them!" "Shit!" Jimin cursed, not knowing how to run away without leaving the younger one behind. "Turn left!" Jungkook yelled, hoping Jimin would hear him. Jimin did hear him and he pulled the reins to the left but his horse slipped on the rocks. "Jimin!" Jimin groaned at the pain, his leg was crushed by the horse. Jungkook quickly jumped down and picked him up. "What the hell are you doing? Run!" Jimin tried to push him away but Jungkook picked him up in his arms and ran.
Jimin watched as the soldiers ran pass their hiding place, his head falling back against the brick wall. Jungkook smiled as he watched Jimin's beautiful face. "That was close." Jimin muttered, turning to look at Jungkook who was dangerously close to him, he felt trapped between him and the wall. He looked away, finding the proximity awkward. "Come with me, Jimin." Jimin shook his head, moving away from Jungkook who moved towards him. "I don't believe in those fairytales, Jungkook. They were my bedtime stories." "They can be the greatest stories of your life if you come with me."
Be with Jeon Jungkook, spend time with him... it didn't sound good since Jungkook is a hard person to put up with because of his dominance. He loves to be in control, he's the type to fix things no one can see the light in, Jeon Jungkook was an angel with a devil inside. He was never the type to joke, he didn't like games and he was an example of a man who could fight till his last breath for his beliefs. Jimin on the other hand was the exact opposite, the purest angel with a mischievous side, he loved to have fun and he spent most of his time enjoying the blessings of life, no worries for the consequences. Maybe Jungkook wasn't lying. After all, he wouldn't fall for something like a naive kid. No, Jungkook was a serious man, he was never in the mood for games and pointless treasure hunts.
Jimin looked up into Jungkook's eyes, a shaky breath escaping his lips. He was making a deal with the devil. And he had no idea why was the pirate so persistent. Jungkook tried hard to keep his eyes on Jimin's but he managed to sneak glances at his plump lips. They looked so inviting.
He nodded, the single gesture making the younger boy smile widely. "Great. The Hell's Maiden is waiting for you."
Jimin felt a lump in his throat as he unconfidently followed Jungkook. Hell's Maiden doesn't sound inviting or welcoming. What has he gotten himself into?
