Chapter XI

Jungkook and the rest of the men on the ship were all leaning forward, watching as another ship was broken into pieces like a toy, dead bodies mingling with barrels, food and caskets. Jimin stared with wide eyes, he easily recognized the parts. "It's Jiyong."

In the distance they could see large tentacles coming from the sea. Everyone was too shocked to blink. "Abandon ship!" Someone yelled before jumping in the water. As Jungkook turned around a few of his men jumped. But it was worse for them. The tentacles reached forward and pulled the men back. Jimin ran over to Jungkook and held his arm tightly. "Jungkook we're going to die!" Jungkook wrapped his arms round Jimin, he couldn't think of a way to save him. Whatever he did the monster would reach him.

Hoseok stepped forward but Yoongi pulled him back. "Don't move, Hoseok." Hoseok smiled. "There's a reason I'm the key, hyung." Jungkook felt a bit at ease at the thought of Jimin being safe and sound. "They didn't have me so the monster killed them. Only a special person could pass Medusa and Minotaur. The monster knows that." "What the hell is it?" Namjoon asked. Yoongi furrowed his eyebrows. "Didn't your father tell you?" "No." "It's Scylla. Charybdis is right next to her." Hoseok held Yoongi's hand, his tail swaying right and left.

"Is there anyone alive?" Taehyung asked, looking for anybody. But there was not a body moving or anyone asking for help. Jimin watched with tears eyes as a mop of red hair peeked on the surface. He turned and hid his tears in Jungkook's chest. Jungkook saw the body too, but he couldn't feel sorry or remorse. After what he had done to Jimin there was no way in hell he could ever let Jiyong cruise peacefully. The tentacles moved under the sea and the ship sailed. "This is nerve-wrecking." Jin mumbled, rubbing his face.

In the distance they could see an island, a beautiful green island. "Jungkook, is that it?" Jimin muttered, smiling at the sight of the beauty. Jungkook couldn't help but smile. "Yeah, we're here, Jiminie hyung." Jungkook placed a kiss on top of his lover's head.

As they walked through the forest they couldn't help but be careful and alert. "Namjoon hyung, has your father told you anything about this island?" Jungkook asked, his hand tightly wrapped around Jimin's. "No. He said it got its name for a reason." Namjoon was as nervous as them.

Soon they reached a cave. All eyes turned to Hoseok who timidly stepped forward with Yoongi close behind him. "Can we come in too?" Jimin asked but without waiting for the answer dragged Jungkook inside. Namjoon and Jin exchanged looks before stepping inside together. Taehyung ran his hand through his hair while looking at the crew. "Are you guys coming?"

As expected it was pitch black inside, it wasn't clear if there were walls or if they entered Hades' underworld. "Jungkook?" Jimin whispered, his voice echoing. "Yeah?" "This is scary." "I know." "Hoseok hyung?"

When no answer came Jimin stopped walking. "Yoongi hyung?" No answer. Jungkook pulled Jimin close to him, pulling his sword out. "Namjoon hyung? Jin hyung? Are you guys here?!" Jimin panicked, his heart beating fast. "Sh, be quiet, hyung." Jungkook spoke, walking back. His back hit the cold wall. He decided to walk by it. "Don't let go, Jungkook!" Jimin cried, clawing at Jungkook's arm. "Don't worry, Jiminie hyung." Jungkook crouched for Jimin to climb on his back.

Taehyung shook his head, holding onto his sword. "Can any of you see anything?" He got no response from the crew that was supposed to be right behind him. Taehyung turned around and raised his hand but it didn't touch anything. "Okay, is this a prank?"

"Welcome, intruders!" A loud voice echoed in their ears. Jimin closed his eyes, surprised by the sudden noise. "Don't be scared, Jiminie hyung, nothing will happen to you while I'm here." "Jungkook don't disappear."
