My first fall was off of a frisky bay quarter horse named Cruize. I was posting trotting without stirrups. I just slipped off. He was tall and a jumper/ eventer and it hurt. I cried like a baby and I laugh at it now. I got back on though. Always get back on it is not as scary the next time. If you do not you will not do what ever caused you to fall off again.
