"Maybe I knew it wasn't you but chose to ignore it because I craved your presence"

"What's that mean? He's just doing this for the hell of it?" I asked Scott as we were walking down the corridor of the school together.

"No, Kira said there was something else she found out. It was that if you somehow offend a nogitsune, it can react pretty badly," Scott explained to me. We stopped at our locker and punched in the combination.

"How do you offend a nogitsune?" I asked while opening my locker.

"I don't know. But if it's doing something this bad, then someone really, really offended it," He looked at me, seriousness in his eyes as he put his bag away.

"Scott listen," I sighed, rubbing my hands against my pants as this whole day I've been nervous.

"Are you okay?" Scott asked, concern now setting in his eyes. I sighed and looked around before I turned my head towards the alpha.

"Stiles came to me yesterday. Not Stiles, but more like Void Stiles. And he kept calling me thi- this name and my dad is at the Sherrif station with Derek because he's accused of the murder of Katashi just because he was at his house the other day with Allison and Isaac to buy some gun," I explained, wrapping my arms around my waist. I wasn't going to tell him what else happened with Void Stiles, because I was too afraid he might find out the truth.

That I might have enjoyed it a bit.

"What did Stiles keep calling you?" Scott asked with his eyebrows furrowed.

"Dove," I said with a sigh. Scott bit the inside of his cheek while thinking.

"Look how about we skip Chemistry first session and go Library," Scott suggested.

"But then we'll miss out on class," I told him frustratedly. "And I already missed out on enough of class last semester."

"Kayla you and I both know if you don't go now, the whole day today and maybe even the next month you will think about what it means," He said while pointing at me. I thought about it and he was right. I wouldn't think right at all.

"Fine," I rolled my eyes, finally agreeing with him.

"Then c'mon, we don't have much time at all," He replied, closing his locker.

I did the same and begun following him to the direction to where the library was.

'Tsk tsk Dove," I heard a voice say, stopping me right in my tracks. Scott turned around, seeing me stop.

"Is everything all right?" Scott asked me. I nodded and begun to follow him again, ignoring that voice.

We walked inside the library and took a seat to a more secluded computer. Scott begun to write in his log in details after he turned on the computer and I grabbed a seat and pulled it next to him.

"So what are we supposed to search up? 'What is dove?' Because I'm pretty sure that's just a bird," I looked at him while laughing quietly.

"No of course not. You have to add nogistune at the end," Scott scoffed sarcastically. "Where's Allison by the way, I didn't see her come to school today."
