Tenshi Kuroshiro
" I can't save myself."
I heard the birds chirp from the windows. I felt the sun's rays touching my closed lids. I heard, their laughter.
" Tenshi!" I heard someone exclaimed.
His voice was rough and at the same time soothing. I opened my eyes and saw that it was my roommate. His bright orange hair seemed to reflect in the morning sun. His hazel brown eyes showing fear and worry.
" What happened to you?" Gato asked.
I looked at him and slowly closed my eyes. I heard him sigh and felt him carry me in a bridle-style position. My long purple hair, that was once in a bun, was now loose making it touch the floor.
" You should really take care of yourself Tenshi." I hear Gato murmur.
He then gently placed me on my bed and opened my windows. He whipped out his phone and typed out a few numbers before placing them in his ear.
" Agata-san." I heard him say.
I tried to open my eyes but the drug that was injected unto my body still had it's after effects. I was weak and tired from all of the pain. I was barely breathing at this point.
" Yeah, she's here. Although, I do need to ask you something."
Silence.
" Just come here..." I then felt a pair of worried eyes looked at me before it moved it's attention to their front.
" Immediately." And with that, I heard the click of a phone going off.
" Will Katsu-kun be here?" I asked him.
My voice was soft and weak. I opened my eyes and tilted my head to Gato. He was looking at me before he went near me and crouched in front of my bed side.
" Yes."
" Will he protect me?"
" Yes."
" Will you protect me?"
He was shocked on what I had said. Gato then smiled and saw that a stray tear fell from his eye.
" Always."
We then heard our doorbell ring. Gato looked at me gently and gave me a kiss on the forehead.
" I'll see who's at the door." And with that, he left.
I stared blankly on the gray ceiling before I closed my eyes once more. Shifting myself to the left side of the bed, I held tightly on my purple locks and twirled it slightly.
I heard my door creak before hushed whispers entered in my ear.
" She's asleep?"
" Apparently so."
" Should we wake her up?"
" I don't think that's necessary."
" Nico thinks she looks peaceful."
" Please refrain from saying those things."
" Tenshi."
I opened my eyes and sat up. I looked to see who the people are and saw my friends.
Tenga, Nico, Honoka, Yuta, Chidori and...
" Katsu-kun..." I whispered.
Apparently, he heard my whisper and walked closer to me. He stared at me for a while and, unexpectedly, hugged my frail body. I was stunned, along with the people in my room, as he stroked the back of my head.
" Don't make me worry like that." I heard him whisper in my ear.
I then nodded my head as I hugged him back as well.
" Don't worry, I promise."
