IMPORTANT:

For the rest of the week I will not be updating. I have finals and I can not fail them. I have to pass them to get into high school. So please just bare with me. I will repeat, I will not be updating for the rest of the week. By Friday, all my finals will be done. So wish me luck! I already took one today. I was suppose to do yesterday but things came up. Again I'm sorry and please bare with me

It's Justin's birthday and he's sad because his best friend and the worlds most wanted criminal isn't there only that's what Justin thinks

-Justin's POV-

"Happy birthday to you,"

"Happy birthday to you,"

"Happy birthday dear Justin,"

"Happy birthday to you,"

Is what woke me up on this Saturday morning.

"Go away," I groaned.

"Sweetie come on, wake up," I heard my mom say.

"Justin, come on bro," I heard my best friend, Ryan say.

"Bubba wake," I heard my little sister, Jazmyn, and my little brother, Jaxon, say at the same time.

I groaned not wanting to wake up for two reasons. I love my sleep and two because my best friend wasn't here. He had something to do. My best friend is Jason McCann. Yes, the world's most wanted criminal. But he isn't bad. He might seem bad the first time you meet him, but once he warms up to you, he is a teddy bear that is a big cuddler.

I sat up and looked around. My mom, my dad, Jaxon, Jazmyn, Ryan, and Chaz were here. But I was looking for a specific person, only to see that he wasn't here. "He's not here bud," I head someone whisper beside me which caused me to turn around only to see that it was Ryan

"But he promised?" I whispered as tears welled up in my eyes.

"I know bud," said Ryan bringing me into a hug.

I sobbed into his shoulder. It doesn't hurt that Jason isn't here, what hurts is that he made a promise that he couldn't fullfil.

I quit my crying, this was my day. I can't be crying on my birthday. Plus, I'm finally 21! I can now go to clubs with Jason since he's 23.

I looked up and saw that everyone was looking at me with sadness in their eyes.

I smiled at them showing them that I was ok. That I was going to be ok. They smiled back at me and each one gave me a present.

"Awe, you guys didn't have to," I said smiling at them once they gave me their preset.

One by one, I opened each one, saying thanks to the person who gave them to me.

I got a rolex from Ryan and Chaz. I got two pictures. One from Jaxon and the other one from Jazmyn. Jaxon's consided of him and me with a heart surrounding is with "Best Brothers" underneath it. Same goes with Jazmyn, it consided of her and me with a heart surrounding us and "Best Big Brother" on top of us. Then by my parents, I got two front row tickets to see Ariana Grande on her Dangerous Woman tour which I was so happy about. I freaking love her. She's so awesome and very beautiful.

"Let me change and we can get started with the day," I said and smiled at everyone in my room.

They smiled and left my room. I got up and changed black pants, red shirt, red vans, then put on a gold chain with a black leather jacket.

Once I was done changing, I walked down stairs only to see a big party already started. I looked at the clock that was beside me and saw that it was already 1 pm. My eyes went wide when I noticed that I woke up super late today. But then again, it wasn't my fault. Sleep is just so good plus my bed didn't wan to let me go. Sometimes I wish I could stay in my bed forever.

I snapped out of my thoughts when everyone yelled happy birthday Justin. I smiled and went around greeting everyone and thanking them for coming. It means a lot that people come and celebrate the day I was born. Even if only two people still came, I would be the happiest boy that day cause I know that I have people that care about me. And it doesn't matter how many people came. To me it matters that people did come and they weren't forced to come. They came on their own, showing me that they do care about me and love me. And that's all that matters.

Only thing is that I knew a part of this party was missing. My best friend. I've never spent a party without Jason which caused me to be sad. My 21 birthday is the birthday I won't celebrate with him. And my 21 birthday was the one I was so looking forward to. I pushed aside the sad feeling and went to go party. It was my party and birthday. And I was not going to spend my 21 birthday all sad. Espically since I've been looking forward to since I was about 17 or 18.

-8 hours later-

The party ended about two hours ago but it took us another two hours to clean up the house. Man, I hate having parties at my house. Espically when I have to clean up. Unlike when we go party at other people's houses. That way I don't have to worry about cleaning it up afterwards. All I have to worry about is getting my stomach full and having a good time.

We were all sitting on the couch resting from all the cleaning we had to do.

Suddenly, everyone got up and walked towards me.

"Justin, we have one more surprise for you and its from all of us," said my mom.

"Ok what is it?" I asked her, looking up at her.

"Go open the front door," said my dad.

I got up and walked towards the front door while they all followed behind me.

I threw the front door opened and gasped once I saw my surprise.

It was Jason! It was really him and he was holding a big bear that looked about the size of me.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY JAY!" Said Jason.

I squealed and jumped on him.

Jason fell to the floor from my action.

I took away the bear from between us and looked down at Jason.

"You didn't break your promise," I whispered, looking at him in the eyes.

"I would never," He replied with a smile.

"Will you be my boyfriend?" Asked Jason, pulling out a necklace from his pockets that said Jason's boyfriend only.

I gasped and so did everyone else from behind me. Guess they didn't about this part.

"Yes," I said.

Jason put the necklace around my neck and I looked down at it and smiled.

"You're mine." I whispered.

"And you're finally mine," whispered Jason back.

"Best surprise," I said which caused everyone to laugh.

Then Jason leaned up and I leaned down, meeting his lips halfway.

This is a birthday I will definetly not forget.
