I lay awake that night, wondering if what just happened was all just a dream. I remembered what he said, just mere seconds before he walked away leaving me alone on the Astronomy tower. I guess we're dating now. I thought to myself. Finally sleep overtook me. With dreams and thoughts of the platinum blond boy.
Ron's P.o.V
I'm gonna do it. Today. I will ask her. I briskly walked toward the library, where I knew she would be on a Saturday morning like this. I opened the doors and almost immediately saw her bushy hair disappear behind a book shelf. I took a deep breath and speed walked over to her. There she was, reading Hogwarts,A History, like usual. I tapped on her shoulder. She looked up at me and smiled. "Hullo, Ron. What's up?" I couldn't reply. I was lost in those eyes. Those beautiful eyes. "Ron? Are you okay Ron?"I had lost my voice. I set down a small piece of paper on the open book and ran out, too embarrassed to hear her answer.
Hermione's P.o.V.
Ron ran out of the library with a red face. I wonder why he's acting like that. Hmm, maybe he's sick or something. I thought to myself. I picked up the little slip of paper. It read, Hermione, I have been very conflicted lately. Good job Ron, I thought, you figured out how to spell conflicted. I kept reading. I've been having feelings for you...feelings past friendship. And I have to ask you something. Will you be my girlfriend? Oh Ron, I thought, I thought you'd never ask.
