Snuggle

Astrid's POV:

I woke up next to my darling Hiccup, he was still asleep. I nudged his neck with my nose. He opened his eyes a little, but then he closed them again and went back to sleep. I sat up and leaned on his chest and kissed him on the cheek. " babe, wake up." I said.

Hiccup's POV:

I slowly opened my eyes, and looked at my beautiful wife. I brushed my fingers across her face. Then I moved her bangs out of her face to look into her beautiful ocean blue eyes. She stared back at me. I closed my eyes again, and I feel her kiss me passionately on the lips, I kiss her back. She broke the kiss a few seconds later and just hugged me.  I hugged her back. Then I hear her say " ok I guess we can lie in bed for a few more minutes."
She stopped hugging me and put her hands on my bear chest, it was kinda cold but I didn't care, all I cared about was snuggling with my beautiful girl.
I kissed her head, and she snuggled closer to me, she was pressing up against my bruised ribs, it hurt a little, but I didn't care. I must have flinched because I see her sit up and say " sorry I didn't mean to hurt you, I guess I didn't realize I was up against your ribs." I looked at her and said, " it's fine it didn't hurt that bad." Then she smiled at me and kissed me again. Then she smiled her beautiful smile that could light up a dark room. I kissed her on the cheek and she lied back down. Then we lied there for most of the day just snuggling.
