Trystan
He was awoken by a flick to his forehead he opened his eyes to Christian and Tai standing over him. "Wakey wakes the praetors couldn't make it since the war games cause more injuries then usual so Reyna told us to keep you company until her and Frank could get here." Said Tai helping him up. He looked at the table where Cassie and Tyler sat eating a couple hot dogs with Dr. peppers resting in front of them, a plate of the same stuff sat in front of a empty chair for him. He sat and cracked open his can and drank half in one gulp. "Thirsty much?" chuckled Christian pulling up a chair next to him. "You have no idea, after that weird lucid dream I had." He said putting the can down. Tai pulled up a chair as well and sat across from him. "What happened in your dream?" Tai asked cautiously. He explained that he thinks the woman to spoke to him was his godly parents and what she had explained to him. Christian and Tai exchanged nervous glances. "What is it is his mom a evil god or something?" Asked Tyler obviously in a better mood compared to earlier, maybe he was just hungry? Tai shook his head toward Christian "You're the Roman here, you can take it from here portal girl." Tai said. Christian sighed "You know who it is but - you know what never mind. Trystan your mom is Bellona one of our most important goddesses and your now the brother of one of our praetor." She said in a equally confused and amazed way. He saw the same emotions on Tyler and Cassie's faces staring at him. He dropped the hotdog he just picked back on his plate " wait what?" He asked as the door opened behind him. "Speak of hades, there she is" said Christian with a very awkward grin. He turned around a saw a girl about 18 or who looked Latino with black braided hair and dark brown eyes, with the aura of a leader. "You four were talking about me?" She asked. Trystan couldn't stop looking up at her in awe, his newfound sister was one of the two praetors of the camp. She looked down at him "What? Is there some blood on my face?" She asked brushing the back of her hand against her cheeks. "Uh n-no it's just-" he said before Christian stopped him and glanced at him telling him now isn't the best time right now. "Sorry for staring I just feel weird right now." He said turning back around to eat his hot dog which was getting cold now. He saw Tyler and Cassie staring at him in confusion. "... alright then anyway so you two have given me your reports on where you found these three, for now I guess I'll explain them what'll be happening in the coming weeks." She said sitting on the couch Tyler had slept on. She explained to them how there's been a official warning from messengers from all pantheon's that the peace conference that was held in Brazil was cut short when children of Loki assassinated demigod ambassadors so be wary of any attack on the camps. "... Where is John if I may ask Reyna?" Asked Tai grinding his teeth and clenching his fist. She let out a sigh "he's been with me all day Tai he wasn't one of the assassins. You were there when Argentum and Aurum judged him, so you know he isn't lying." Said Reyna. "If we used a child of Erlang Shen I'd feel better." Muttered Tai sinking into his chair. Reyna's face relaxed into a smile as she looked to the three new comers "Sorry to have dropped that on you but best you know like everyone else." She said. "It's alright we understand" said Cassie. "What's a Argentum and what was that other thing?" Asked Tyler with his now empty plate. "Their my magical dogs" she said as two metallic silver and gold german Shepards appeared at her legs. "Gold and Silver are their names..." Trystan muttered staring at the dogs. "yes, yes it is. Your of Roman decent?" Asked Reyna looking at Trystan. "... Ya how'd you know?" He asked in confusement. "Only Greeks and Romans demigods know Latin that well and Lupa would of told you you were Roman so you kinda told me yourself." She admitted shrugging. "Anyway I think it's best time you three get going to bed so we can sort out where you'll be staying tomorrow. Tai, Christian if you'd be so kinda as to show them to the 6th Cohort." Christian glanced over at Trystan quickly and leaned over to Reyna and whispered something to her. "Tai you can just take Tyler and Cassie I need to speak to these two." Reyna said standing up. Tai stood up as well "As you wish Praetor, come on guys." He said waving the other two to follow him out. Cassie looked to Trystan, he tried to mouth out "Just explaining somethings" as she walked out with her brother. Reyna walked around the table so she was across from Trystan and Christian "so what is so important you needed to speak in private legionnaire?" She asked. Christian sighed and looked at Trystan. He took a breath "You're a child of Bellona right?" He asked her nervously. She raised an eyebrow "Yes and what of it?" She asked. "I had a dream when I fell asleep in here and this woman appeared before me she said she was my mom, Christian said she was Bellona based on my description. Bellona told me I needed to find you so you can help me get ready for a journey ahead of me." He said as clear as possible. She looked more confused than before , she turned to Christian "Is this true?" She asked in a very harsh tone. "I swear on the river Styx ma'am!" She exclaimed. Reyna slowly turned toward him, he expected her to be harsh, instead she gave a small smile "well brother I don't know what mom is up to but I'm not losing family because of lack of training." She said. The three cleaned the table of the plates and cans quickly and walked out the principa. Christian offered to take him to the sixth Cohort, but Reyna insisted she should get to know her new found brother. They walked past barracks and little weapons and armor shops along their path as Reyna relaxed herself. She let out a long sigh and looked at him and hugged him. He was so caught off guard that his right arm got caught as he was pointing at a medic eagle carrying one of the injured from the war games away. "Well that was ... unexpected." He said trying to slip his trapped arm through hers to not look like the Statue of Liberty, if the the Statue of Liberty had a hugging sister attach to her of course. Reyna noticed him struggling with his arm problem and quickly let go. "Sorry about that, its just my sister Hylla has been a little quiet lately since the first messengers from the pantheons came through. It's really refreshing to see family." She admitted. Trystan's face showed obvious confusement. "What's wrong?" She asked. "I don't mean to sound rude or anything, but we just met and how are you and Christian even sure that I am actually a son of Bellona?" He asked. She looked around them, some lares who heard them talking came over peeking through walls and around corners "Leave us be." She commanded the purple tinted ghosts, and they followed her orders. She gestured for them to continue walking as she continued "I know from two things, Roman demigods tend to get claimed in ways that aren't as flashy as our Greek counterparts. Your dream of mom fit the bill. Two the harpy Ella has been mentioning a prophecy about a child of war uniting the pantheons and putting an end to a curse for the past month. You arriving here and mom saying you belong to a prophecy can't be some coincidence." She admitted as they turned the corner, a few hundred yards away he saw a large cabin like house with a plaque above the door that read in Latin and English "sixth Cohort." He opened his mouth to say something but he remembered something from his conversation with his godly parent he forgot, the spark of war. "... Reyna I just remembered something else she told me." He said stopping in his tracks. She stopped a couple feet ahead of him "What was it?" She asked. "She said she was going to be used to spark a war between pantheons." He said. Reyna's face drained of color, she shook it off quickly and put on that same leader look she had when they met "Don't mention this to anyone here or there'll be a panic." she whispered making sure the ghosts from earlier couldn't hear. He nodded and they continued their walk in silence. She stopped in front of the Cohort building "Tomorrow you'll properly be placed in a Cohort since this one is for the kids that aren't staying in camp. We'll talk more about the training as well, anyway sleep well Trystan." She said as she walked away, her regal purple cloak gently waving. He sighed and took a seat on the steps up to the front door and stared around the valley, his eyes stopped at new Rome where the city was covered in darkness aside from the street lamps keeping paths clear. "Am I really the one in the prophecy?" He muttered leaning back so that his back was against the steps. "You're apart of a prophecy?" Asked a voice from behind the door at the top of the steps. He sat back up and turned and saw Cassie walk through the doorway, she was wearing a purple T-shirt with a eagle crest with "SPQR" underneath it. She had changed into less torn up pants and let her hair droop instead of the pony tail she had earlier in the day. "I'll tell you tomorrow, I promise." I asked. She gave him cold eyes but smiled "I hope you plan the keep your promise." She said as he started walking up the steps. "I plan on it" he answered as he walked through the door. She closed the door behind them.
