Even though I had Austin, They had a special place in my heart. Especially Shawn Mendes, he was my 2nd boyfriend in my head. I used to fan girl about him everyday in sophomore year. Till he started dating Lauren, which made me depressed. But I was still happy for them at the same time. I still support him to this day.

"So did you hear about Shawn?" Serena asked. "What about him?" I said barely, because I was stuffing my face with fries. "He's moving to California"

I immediately stopped chewing and darted my eyes at Serena with no hesitation. "You're lying"

"I'm not! I swear! Check your phone, I know you still get their notifications" I was a little embarrassed, but it was true. I unlocked my phone and a twitter notification popped up saying "@ShawnnMendes: So, I've been trying to keep it a surprise but I'm finally movin to Cali! I'll announce where soon, love u guys ❤️"

My heart dropped right there, I squealed and almost choked. I screamed and jumped, the inner fangirl came through. Then Austin also came through the doors of the taco shop confused and happy. "What's going on babe?" Austin said as he strained me down from fangirling. He wrapped his arms around me, and kiss the top of my head then spun me around to face him. I was still smiling like an idiot because of Shawn. Austin raised his eyebrows, confused.

"Oh! Sorry, haha. Well you know that guy I always fangirl about!? Shawn Mendes!? He's moving to California!" I said happily.

"Wow, that's great. Not like he's gonna move to San Diego though. He might even move up north, don't get your hopes up baby please."

"I know I know, but just the feeling of him moving into the same state as me makes my life complete. I just, ahhhhh!" I grabbed Austin's shirt, and kissed him passionately. I was that happy. Austin smiled, and replied "Well I'm glad you're happy obviously, do you know where he's moving anyways?"

"You're jealous aren't you" I smirked

"Naaaaahh, because you're all mine. Just don't get yourself worked up on this whole thing please. You have me, not Shawn Mendes. I love you" he pushed my hair back and traveled his hand to my jaw, pulling my face towards his. We were close to kissing until I pulled away "and no I do not know where he's moving, he hasn't announced yet." I laughed and kissed him quickly, then sat back down. I could feel that Austin gave Serena an annoyed face. But I ignored because I was filled with joy.
