Back to School

I ended up waking up the next day by my mom. "Allison! Wake up! Get ready for school." I smelt breakfast being made. I hated school so much, the fact that were going back for another 3 months without the next break killed me. But I have to make 2nd semester worth it, I promised myself I wouldn't get distracted and focus on my grades. That's easier for me, now that me and Austin broke up. I thought about Austin, and remembered we went to the same school and had 2 classes together. I screamed into my pillow, then got up and took a quick shower. I put on maroon cropped sweater, leggings and put a scarf on since it was still pretty cold. I fixed my bag, and realized I still had half an hour till school started. I hated how my mom woke me up way too early, but I slept great.

I wanted to forgot about everything, and just focus on my true friends and school. I went downstairs to eat some breakfast, and scrolled through to twitter. Shawn tweeted right when I opened the app.

"@ShawnnMendes: First day of school here, why can't I just take online classes 😞"

I felt bad for Shawn, knowing that he's already so famous and his parents are still making him go to high school. I lost track of time stalking his twitter, and noticed it was already 6:57AM. School started at 7:10AM

"Shit, MOM IM LATE IM GONNA GO NOW BYE LOVE YOU" I said while rushing to the garage. I ran into my car, and almost crashed into my trash bin. I knew I was gonna be late, so I took my time. I parked in the parking lot, and walked to my first period. It's always awkward walking in late, so I tried not to make eye contact with anyone, and ran to my desk. I was 15 minutes late, oops. I got a pen and spiral out, and sighed really loud cause I hated this class. I had English with annoying people, except a few. Which were Andrea, Sam, Ethan, and Emily. They were pretty chill, and I got close to them. I skimmed around the class to say hi to them, and noticed some new guy sitting in the row beside me.

I pushed myself closer to see who it was, he looked up at me and smiled. My jaw dropped, and all of a sudden it got really hot. My heart beats weren't normal, It seemed like I was having a panic attack inside. I kept myself from screaming. It was Shawn, Shawn Mendes.

"Oh, Allison you were late. We introduced Shawn before you came. He will be in our class for now on." My English teacher explained to me. Shawn looked at her, and back at me. "Wow, Allison's a really pretty name" he grinned. "Thank you shawn" I said trying to play it cool. I faced back forward, and put my head down, covering my face from the side. I was screaming inside, I was shaking. I couldn't believe this is actually happening!? Am I still sleeping!?

Shawn's POV:

Wow, it's only first period and I see the most perfect girl in this school. I have to talk to her, it's a must. Don't push it Shawn, she might not even know who you are. My mind was filled with thoughts about her already. I decided to talk to her after class, hopefully.
