Nichole's POV

I looked at the plate that Itachi had set in front of me and laughed. "Dude," I said, "I've never seen such a fancy assortment of food."

Itachi looked at his neat plate and frowned. "It looks normal to me."

I raised an eyebrow. "Says that guy who was previously a cat."

Itachi let out a sigh, and nudged the plate closer to me. "Try it already. You talk to much."

I let out a laugh at his words and grabbed the fork next to me. I stabbed the rice and frowned when nothing happened, so I tried again, and let out a groan. Before I could stab it for a thrid time, the fork was out of my hand and the fork, stacked with rice, was shoved in my face, hovering over my mouth. I flinched, and glanced over to an impatient Itachi. Shifting nervously under his gaze, I clamped my mouth of the fork and chewed. I let out a moan as the sweet flavour of rice settled over my tongue and swept around me mouth.

"Damn," I muttered. I looked at Itachi, and then back to the plate. Letting a sheepish smile slip to my lips, I said, "Can you do that again?"

Itachi snorted, and dropped the fork onto the plate. "Feed yourself."

I let out a scoff, and pouted. My shoulder's slumped. "I don't know how to eat rice."

"You have did it before," Itachi commented in his broken English, giving me a look. He moved back a couple spaces to make more for the others, pleased with how his first batch had come out.

"Yeah, but this is slippery!" I protested, crossing my arms. "Please..."

"I have more mouths to feed," Itachi dismissed. I gave up with a sigh and looked down to see my fork missing. I let out a curious hum as I looked up, hoping to see it misplaced. I blinked when the fork, again full of rice, was floating in font of my nose. My eyebrows furrowed as my eyes trailed up the hand, past an arm which was connected to a lean, shirtless body. I stared into the blue eyes of Sai for a moment before smiling. The look in his eyes told me all I need to know, but I still wasn't convienced. I warily looked at him, slowly scooting away from him. Of course, he noticed, and let out stream of perfect Japanese. I smiled at the sound of it, marveled by the beauty of the language.

"Gomenasai," I muttered. I look at Itachi, who still had his back faced to me. "Could you..."

Itachi didn't even let me finish. "Already on it." He glanced back at Sai and said something in Japanese I didn't understand. His voice was just as beautiful as Sai's, if not more. The realization flashed into Sai's eyes as he nodded. He set the fork down, and then looked at Itachi. Itachi on que said, "I am," the rest was in Japanese, and I couldn't understand it.

I gave Itachi a puzzled looked, but my attention was ripped to Sai as he grabbed my hand and kissed it. "I am Deidara." I felt heat rush to my cheeks, but I didn't do anything. My eyes were wide, shocked by how masculine his english sounded compared to his japanese.

"Uhmm..." I blinked a few times before shaking his hand and giving him an awkward smile. "I'm Nichole."

He smirked, and said something in Japanese. I frowned, and then glanced at Itachi. As if feeling my eyes on his back, Itachi said, "He says, 'I know, you have a beautiful name, and you are not too bad yourself.'"

I snorted at the translation and looked back to Deidara. "Cute, but I don't date guys who are younger than me."

"He's older than you," Itachi commented. My eyebrows shot up.

"He is? He looks so young." My hands almost reached out to pet his hansome face, but my self control kept them still. Deidara's face twisted into a curious frown, and he looked over my shoulder to Itachi, asking him a question in Japanese. Itachi responded, and it made Deidara laugh. I laughed too, thinking it was funny that Itachi was translating at all. It didn't seem to be his style, at least, not from what I knew of him.
