The Hunting and Patrol

Once RiverFlower was ready,she stood up and stretched ready for a nice day of hunting. They took  the path down the southern part of the StormClan terriotory. It was a sunny warm day so there should be more fresh kill. As RiverFlower was walking IceTail jumped out and playfully jumped on her back. She rolled over on him then stood up laughing. "Come on silly, lets go hunt!"IceTail responded "What no fighting the day away?"He said with a wink. They walked farther up the path, ears listening,alert and ready to catch some prey!After about 8 minutes they heard about two mice scurrying around. "I will catch one you can catch the other!" They get in hunting postition creeping foward very quit and swift.They both leap out only a few feet away from the prey,they bite the mice killing them easily. "RiverFlower,you may have been out for a little but your hunting was perfect!On fleek you may say!"IceTail said. "Thanks IceTail,"RiverFlower said laughing.That was one of my favorite memories...As we passed by the river in the South Side we caught a fish each. Plenty of food for them and a few more clan members tonight!They walked back to camp mouth full with fresh kill. They left both fish outside of the camp and brought in the mice. They dropped of the rest of the fresh kill at the pile.As it was getting darker they helped on the later patrol for a few hours. Then the sun started to set over the busy camp. Getting kits dinner,hungry patrols coming in,medicine cats working on injured warriors. ShiningClaw came back from the other patrol and ate some fresh kill with them. Talking about their day,how the patrols went. "Today was a busy patrol day,NightClan is planning a atttack ThunderStar said so were patroling alot more often.We need to get camp ready for possible attack."ShiningClaw said sadly. "You have patrolled nonstop let me take your shift and you can get some fresh kill and stay on camp."RiverFlower said. 

"I can also patrol,I can go to the other side of our territory,Northern side doesnt have enough patrol so i can go there for the morning"IceTail said

They get ready to sleep,for they all have a busy day ahead of them.....
