(I'm extremely sorry for how long it took to write and how bad the writing maybe- I still hope you'll like it. I'm rusty that's all.)
Plastic Beach/Phase 3 Murdoc!
Murdoc dropped out of high school and ran away without the reader. The original plan was to run off together but he didn't follow through with that. Simply by chance they meet again. (Not all facts are canon! I fabricated some for the story. The pirates were after him sense the beginning.)

All I see is a black void, nothing else. At first, I just figure that I'm either dead or knocked out. I simply wait and listen for something- anything. Suddenly I'm jerked awake by a loud ass squawk of a seagull. As I gasp for air I begin coughing up an odd mix of sand and sea water. After God only knows how long of wheezing out sand I hear footsteps approaching. I glance over, at first not believing my eyes but after a few blinks, I decide it's not some hallucination.
"Cyborg Noodle?" I manage to rasp out, need to get salt free water asap.
"Yes and your name is Y/N correct?" she speaks, getting to the point.
"Um yes? Is this what I think it is?" I ask standing up and looking around me. I'm on THE plastic beach!?
"If you think it's the plastic beach the answer is yes. I believe I should bring you inside to get you some medical attention" Cyborg says, walking off while I follow her.

"Why the hell is a girl in my kitchen?! Throw her out! She could be a pirate!" I hear a familiar voice shout. I keep my eyes clamped shut as Cyborg cleans one of my wounds, too focused on not letting my eyes water.
"But she did not identify as a pirate when I scanned her. And after .04 seconds of research I found out that she's both a computer software and robotic engineer." the Cyborg explains while she finishes clean one wound and moving to another. "Furthermore, I found out in a way that I can not disclose that she has talent with both her voice and any instrument you put in her hands," she states this simply, I open my eyes and look at her suspiciously. How one earth?!
"In other words, you're advising me not to throw her back at sea?" the voice asks. I turn my head to the source to find an old friend leaning in the doorway, Murdoc fucking Niccals. I bit my tongue not wanting to say anything I'd regret.
"Yes sir, it would be in our best interest that we keep the female," Cyborg says sharply.
"You know I'm right here right?" I mumble sarcastically.
"Your a smart woman correct? You should have figured out the situation by now, there's no way off this island. The pirates want the island while we just want to leave, if we go by air the pirates will kill us. The sea is constantly fighting against us as we try and leave, also the bloody pirates." Murdoc explains, moving to help with some of the wounds on my arms.
"Bit of a Bermuda triangle you got here Murdoc," I say as the two finish the last of my wounds.
"Ah you got the idea- wait how do you know my name? I never told you," he says as he puts away the aid supplies.
"You can say I'm a fan of the band," I say swinging my feet back and forth.
"Well then you must know what we do here, and- why I came here?" he asks me. In my peripheral vision, I see him lean on the other counter.
"Of course. A man with extreme greed wanted you dead cause he didn't get the credit he wanted, he went to lengths to hire assassins to kill you. They all have failed, but not wanting to lose your head you came here. An undisclosed plastic island in the middle of the ocean. You continue life as usual, recording and writing- even still abducting artists." I spout the knowledge, distracting myself with dusting sand off me.
"Excuse me, I did a scan for other survivors of the crash. You seem to be the only one miss, I'd say you very luck Miss Y/N." Cyborg cuts in, very polite as usual.
"Crash? You came in by plane?" Mur asks me seemingly surprised.
"Yes. The pirates attacked us, I got knocked out instantly and woke up on the beach. So all my co-workers are dead?" I ask, finally looking up.
"Yes, mam" Cyborg answers quickly.
"You don't sound too torn up about it" Murdoc observes.
"Bunch of assholes. They all had a thing for me and them drinking the whole flight didn't help. One couldn't keep his hands off me." I explain, crossing my arms. Not too fond of those memories.
"I would have shot the man," Cyborg says angrily.
"You shoot everything cyborg," I say laughing.
"I didn't shoot you" she reminds me.
"Good point, hey Mur- you've been quiet for awhile," I say, turning to the man. He seems to be in deep thought, I'm sure I know what he's thinking- he probably remembers me.
"Oh- um you just seem familiar to me that's all." he says, blinking a few times.
"Heh, probably cause I am. Last year of high school? Abusive parents? Running away? Your 'flower'?" I remind him shyly. I watch him blink a few times before focusing back on me, something changed in his eyes. He seems more serious and less cocky. His face shifts to an expression of anger and frustration, not to me it seems. At himself.
With a quick stride, I feel the warm embrace of him hugging me. Extreme confusion and surprise cause me to tense for a moment before relaxing when he started talking. He speaks in a kinder tone than before,
"I'm so sorry love, I shouldn't have left you. I was so selfish and young- and so fucking stupid. I loved you with all my heart and soul-" he pauses, taking a shaky breath.
"I still do. I was just so scared by it. Frightened that love would hold me back, that I couldn't do what I wanted to under its grasp. There hasn't been a day that I haven't thought of you, wondered what happens to you, or hate myself for leaving you." he says quietly.
I pull away to look into his eyes, I could see everything he's feeling in his eyes. I softly put my hand on his cheek and say to him kindly,
"It's alright Murdoc, the past is in the past. I'm here now and that's what matters. I still love you too Mur" I say, I move my thumbs in circles carefully.
He leans into my touch and listens closely to everything I say, he's changed I can see that. He was so careless then, he was like any other teenage boyfriend. It's good to see he's changed.
As I come out of thought I watch as Murdoc leans in to kiss me, at first I'm shocked by the action but a quickly respond by kissing back. We drink each other in, enjoying every second. Attempting to make up for every missed moment, touch, and experienced we missed after he left.
