Chapter 13

Brandon POV

"Stella... would you please talk to me..."

"I'm sorry Brandon." Stella said, almost in tears.

"What are you sorry for sweetie?" I asked her.

It's been about four months since we got her back from Corovotar. Stella's been acting different ever since. I'm not sure what's wrong with her and it's making me upset. Bloom and Sky are coming to Solaria for dinner, they said they have something to tell us.

"There's something I haven't told you... Something that happened when I was with my uncle..." Stella said.

"You can tell me anything, Stella."

"It's about our baby..." she said.

Just then my heat dropped. I knew exactly what she meant.

Luna POV

"Bloom, Sky, it's so wonderful to see you. How are you?"

"We're really great Queen Luna, thank you for asking." Bloom smiled.

I gave them both a hug and invited them in with a warming gesture.

"Is King Radius around?" Sky asked.

"Oh, he's around the palace somewhere. Is there something you needed Sky?" I asked.

"I was just wondering something, it can wait though, thanks your majesty." he answered. I gave him a smile and nodded.

"Are you two here for your dinner with Stella and Brandon?" I asked.

"We are, we have something very important to tell them." Bloom said.

"What's troubling you sweet Bloom?" I asked.

She looked at Sky and then back at me and shook her head, "I can't say. It will have to wait until Stella and Brandon know..."

"Of course. I'll go get them and bring them down for dinner."

"Thank you Queen Luna." Sky said.

"Please, call me Luna, you're like family."

He smiled and then I went to find Stella and Brandon.

"There you two are." I said, walking on their balcony.

"Mom, it's so good to see you." Stella said, giving me a hug.

"Likewise dear, you are looking as radiant as always, Stella." I smiled.

"Have Bloom and Sky arrived yet?" Brandon asked me.

I nodded and escorted them to the dining hall where their friends patiently waited for their arrival.

"Will you be joining us?" Brandon asked me.

"The king and I have a date of our own, you four enjoy your night together." I smiled.

"Goodnight mom." Stella said, giving me a hug.

"Goodnight Stella dear."

Stella POV

"So what have you two come here to tell us?" I asked.

"Stella... he sent you a letter to Alfea..." Bloom said.

My heart dropped.

"You guys know... don't you?" I asked.

"We do." Sky said.

"Why would you do this Stella?" Bloom asked.

"I had no choice.... It was very difficult to not make that deal with him." I cried.
