When I had decided to carry on with my life, my stomach growled as loud as a lion roaring.
I walked around in the forest looking for an elk herd. I found a strange scent and decided to follow it. The trail went on and on, it seemed that it would never stop, I trotted along as far as my little paws would take me.
A while after I saw a small white/creamy coloured figure in the distance. I stalked up to it cautiously, when I had got a close look at the creature, dissapointment hit me. It was a small pup with shiny fur and sparkling blue eyes.
When the she wolf saw me, she was startled and fell over from the shock. She did not know what to do, she just stood there, her eyes growing dim.
I returned the stare. Suddenly I heared a loud and clear howl in the distance. The other wolf didn't seem scared to I asumed that that howl came from a stranger wolf to me, but a family member to her.
I then saw two wolves with beautiful brown fur and ice blue eyes, just like the pup in front of me. I was about to run away when the pup stood on my tail. I tried to growl but all that came out was a small squeak.
The mother barked at the she wolf and the pup obidiently padded over to her mother and sat down quietly.
The father then took his role as leader, he came up to and ferociously growled. I soon found myself in a dangerous situation.
