As I continue to adventure through life, through the mystery of life. I now have everything that an adult lone wolf would have, apart from a mate.

Tired, I lie down to go to sleep. The wind howls and the water of the creek flows past the rocks. The clouds start to pour out rain.

I wake up to a misty scene. Fog surrounds the world, I slowly get up to get a drink from the creek. I lap up the cold water as it soothes my thirst. I remain in a crouch position, staying low as I smell a scent that is carried my way.

I slowly lift my body up to find myself face to face with a wolf, much taller than I. He has an agile body and chocolate brown fur he also had glowing yellow eyes that seemed to be watching me at all times.

I let out a growl as my tail stands up. The wolf snarls at me, showing knife-like teeth. Although I have fear inside I don't show it. I step forward, my eyes not showing anything, just deep blue eyes.

The wolf shows no fear and steps forward and threatens me one last time and says " If you don't leave this creek right now, I will have no choice but to attack" he growls.

I growl back saying " This is not your creek, it is shared by every wolf and I will not be taken advantage of"

The wolf pounces on me and pins me to the ground, I kick him off and pounce on top of him, I claw him in the face, blood drips down from his face and he growls.

I get onto my rear legs, making me look taller, the other wolf does exactly the same. We both grab our opponents paw's and push each other over.

The other wolf was about to jump onto me and claw me in the stomach when we both froze.

In the distance was a bear. The bear came charging at us both, we run in different directions. I quickly go in the creek to wash off my scent and I then flee.

I watch the bear run off in the distance and I let out a sigh of relief, I pad back to the den.
