The New Hero

Author's note: The picture above is what I really want 'Jack' to look like, (it's my art btw) I only write stories when I'm bored, and don't feel like I want to draw, okay?

3rd P.O.V

The reporters are crowding in towards the new hero in Gotham called 'Jack' who is nervous about this.

Batman wasn't used to this, he used to have those nice compliments and fangirls. after saving the city and people chasing after him, but now that stupid Jack took all the credit.

'Jack' also wasn't very used to this very positive attention, he used to get lots of booing, and people rampaging him. Is this what Batman feels like everyday? he feels like a hero.

Jack literally tried to swiftly run away from the crazy reporters coming in, by parkouring and jumping some buildings.

Batman squinted his eyes to the new scarfed hero until he cannot be seen again by dissapearing through the thick fog that just arrived.

"Let's go home Robin" Batman said as he touched the childs shoulder, leading to the Batmobile, now with MORE than one seat and also seatbelts.

Robin excitedly "wow! did you see how he fights? He's so fast and strong!"

"Not as fast and strong as me, though" he egotistically responded and chuckling while making the batmobile into a 'batplane'. (Lego logic)

"Padre! Did you even see how quick he punches those bad guys and run away from those reporters? He's so coool!" Robin fangirled.

"Well I did most of the dirty work, so he's not much of a hero to me" he came up with a response. Batman then sat on the driving seats and starts up the engines and starts to fly away.

"He also saved our lives, Batman"

The Bat silenced and keeps a straight face while flying to the Wayne manor, trying to ignore on what the boy had just said.

The boy wonder lift his left eyebrows as he realised, "Are you.. jealous of.. Jack?" Robin asked Batman.

"WHAT? NO!" "I DO NOT feel jealous towards anyone at all!"

Robin smiled innocently to his father trying to be optimistic "well, even if you don't feel jealous, this might be a great news"

"And, what do you mean by that?"

"It means your job would be easier! Jack could take care of the side villains, while you could focus on your greatest enemy The Joker! And have more time to hangout with grandpa!"

The bat ignored, only focusing the batplane starts to get closer and closer to Wayne manor, then the siri voiced computer asked "what's the password?"

"IRONMAN SUCKS!" Both of the boys jinxed.

"Thank you" the computer replied.

A large gap opened, huge enough for the batplane to fit inside the cave.

Robin thought that his padre is avoiding his questions, maybe he could talk about it again when he's not so busy with business work and also being a hero. He really hopes that Jack would help his weight.

Joker's P.O.V

I ran swiftly accross the buildings and looked behind me, seeing anyone to chase me.

Phew, there was no one there. I finally can catch my breath, I got no luxury like Batsy, with him having that fast batmobile who could turn into a flyign batplane.

I then tried to walk back to one of my previous hide-out, I wondered where Harley went off to and just as I was about to arrive, she is infront of the door of the lair.

"Oh there you are, boo!" Harley greeted me and pulled me into a friendly hug. "I thought those reporters are gonna consume you!"

"Harley, I think I might do this again" I admitted to her.

Harley only smiled and giggled "I told you, you should take a break some time"

"Well, I am still tired from kicking some penguin butt"

Being a hero is a bit different than I thought it would, I still want to cause chaos in Gotham city and be Batman's greatest enemy, he will never change that part of himself. but from this day, being a hero is a bit tad fun to do."

Back at The Batcave 3rd P.O.V

Alfred came down stairs to meet the boys with the news "Master Bruce? I've heard that there is a new hero called-"

"Jack?! Yes, and he was sooo cool!" Robin fangirled and cutted off Alfred's question.

"Yeah but before we try to trust him" Batman leaned to his gigantic computer "let's try to see on who he is"

He pressed some buttons to lead some windows where there are secret cameras, and took a shot of Jack's face and analyzed it for face recognitions, and he can't find anyone like him. And researched for about 15 minutes of standing of pressing buttons and mumbling on what to do.

The bats gets irritated, and sat on his chair. "Who is he? As if he doesn't have some identity" The Dark Knight exclaimed.

"Well, it appears it's because all of our face is the same, it's round and have these eyes that looks like a black circle with a white dot in it, we can even pull off our hair that easily" Alfred jokingly broke the 4th wall.

Robin whispered to Alfred "he's jealous of Jack" and Alfred responded with a chuckle.

Batman sighed and stared at the computer screen, thinking of the worst that could happen in this situation when Jack is becoming a vigilante, what if The Joker, will replace the bats? By a hero who looks like an average guy, and he doesn't even have abs!

No

That will never ever happen! I will never get replaced by a stupid looking hero. I have been fighting him for what? Years! what could go wrong?

Back at Joker's lair 3rd P.O.V

It's already tiring evening, Joker grabbed some popcorn and a Batman Plushie hugging it while watching the TV news channel who is now talking about The New Hero who saved the Batman's life, basically gossiping on who 'Jack' is, and theorizing on where he came from, most of them weren't even close to the truth.

He never got this type of positive attention before, well, it's basically 'JACK' who is getting all of the attention, but they are still the same person anyways.

And then, Joker kept replaying, and always blushed the thought of the Batman complimenting his greatest enemy. Although, Batsy was a bit of a tsundere about it, J took the compliment anyways.

And it reminded him of when they are at the sunset, saving the city by holding hands saying how much they hate each other. So romantic.

he remembered about taking over Gotham city plan a.k.a getting Batman's attention plan. He now has a fresh mind to start, maybe he should start working on it. But still, what is the plan?

It must be exciting! And unpredictable!
