The Park

3rd P.O.V

They finally have arrived at the place.

"Why would anyone go here in the first place?" Batman commented as he tried to get off of the batmobile.

The other's followed, and observed the at the environment. it was an old abandoned park, with broken swings, the cement floor are filled with weeds, and the thick fog made it creepy.

"Curiosity, maybe" Jack answered The Dark Knight's question, but the bat only ignored him.

"Okay team, we need to stick together" Robin acted like a leader. "Why don't we split up, to make things twice as fast, Batman's with Jack, and I am with Robin" Barbara suggested.

"Why am I with Jack?" Batman complained to Barbara, "since you guys cannot get along, I decided to force you both of you to work together"

"Oh shut up babs, you're not my mom!" Batman trying to make a comeback to her.

"Your mom is dead, Batman" Her face became infuriating, she sighed "now would you please work with Jack?"

With Batman triggered, he only agreed with a nod, following her orders.

Just as after that, the 'crew' went on to a search, For minutes Batman and Jack found was an oily fingerprint, Batman crouched closer to the fingerprint observing it, "Puter!" Batman called his AI "yes sir?" a siri voiced replied "scan this footprint"

The computer scanned and responded "This fingerprint belongs to a 23 year old man named Richard Willstone, he has black hair, white skin, and was missing at an abandoned park in the streets of ellenoir" A couple of the man's images appeared in Batman's vision, while the computer still kept giving technical information about him.

Joker kept watching his back, and also watching him, he is so focused and passionate at work, 'Joker' cannot help but smile and blushed to him. Was he always like this focused when Joker tried to terrorize Gotham city? It's such an honor if he always did, it makes Joker think that Batsy always think about him 24/7.

He snaps out of his mind, until Jack saw the fog turning red-er than usual as he realised.

"Batsy?"

"Yeah?" Batman replied while he kept looking at the fingerprint. Wait did Jack just called him 'Batsy'?

"I think you should cover your mouth and nose" Jack advised to him.

"Why?" Batman irritatedly replied again to the man, basically trying to ignore him.

"It's.. a fear gas" The Jack covers his mouth and nose with his scarf around his face.

(For new DC fans, fear gas makes someone hallucinate their greatest fear when they consume it, also I think the villain who made it is immune to it?)

"Puter"

"Yes sir"

"Cover my mouth" robotic sounds to appear and now hiding Bruce's chin.

Batman's eyes widen as he jumped, after he heard "AAAAH!" a huge scream with a familiar voice was heard from the distance. "Robin" he said with a dramatic robot voice, since his chin was now hidded from his mask. there was no time to wasted, the two of them ran to the voice while avoiding the fear gas.
