Chapter 1
~ Niall ~
"I can't even believe you just graduated high school." Louis said once we got home.
"I just did." Nina smiled.
"But you're my baby sister. You're not supposed to be done with school." He said.
"I am, Louis. I'm getting older." She said.
Even I can't believe it.
Nina just graduated high school.
She walked into the kitchen and put the roses, that the boys and I got her, in a vase.
"Oh my god. I'm never going to high school again." She realized.
And the realization kicks in.
"It's okay, babe. You can always visit." I tried to comfort her before she got all upset.
"Are you kidding me? I'm never going back to that place!" She laughed.
"But aren't you going to miss all the great memories?" Harry asked.
"Uh, um, I guess. I don't think it'll be that bad though." She seemed lost for words.
"We've got to go celebrate." Louis said.
"Jenna and Emily can't come though. They're celebrating with their parents." Nina said.
"That's alright. It'll just be us." Harry said.
"Well then let's go!" Nina smiled.
We got in the car and Louis started driving.
"Where do you want to go, kiddo?" Liam asked.
"I don't know, you guys choose." She said.
"But it's your night." Zayn said.
"It's fine. I don't really care where we go." She said.
"You alright, babe?" I asked softly.
"Yeah, of course." She smiled at me.
Once we finally got to Olive Garden, I walked in with Nina, holding her hand in mine.
We were seated in the far back of the restaurant so we could possibly not be interrupted by fans.
Love them, it's just, this is Nina's day.
We sat down, Nina next to me and Louis next to her.
Across from me was Zayn and Harry and then Liam.
The waitress came over and took our orders.
I thought it was weird because Nina got a salad and normally she gets her favorite pasta.
"What happened to your favorite pasta?" I asked her.
"I don't know, I'm just not in the mood for it." She said.
I wrapped my arm around her and then Louis spoke up.
"You know, Nina, I'm very proud of you, we all are."
"Thanks." She said shyly.
"I know you didn't have to normal experience through high school because you were always away, but I'm so proud that you could still get back on your feet before graduation. You worked really hard and I knew that you would succeed; we all knew." Louis said.
"Thanks guys. It was hard but I knew I had you all to pick me up when I fall. Thank you for helping me get here." She said.
Our food came soon and we talked for a little while until we made our way home again.
