Chapter 28

CC P.O.V

My eyes fluttered open as I sat up. I then realized that I was naked and so was Luke, who was next to me. Blushing, I quickly- and as quietly as possible- got up and went into the closet.

It was only the afternoon and I'm pretty sure we wouldn't go somewhere too fancy so I decided to wear something that was comfy. I grabbed some black sweatpants and one of Luke's hoodies.

Going to the bathroom I brushed through my hair and applied some light makeup. I put on my converse and adjusted my glasses going downstairs.

When I got to the kitchen I saw Ava standing next to the counter.

"Hey" I said sitting down on the stool.

"Hey how're yo-" "What is that?" She pointed to my neck and collarbone.

"Uh, I fell down the stairs"

"Hmm are you okay?" She seemed uncertain of my answer

"Yeah, you know me I'm literally so blind without my glasses"

Ava looked over my shoulder, "Oh, so did you both fall down the stairs?" She raised her eyebrows

I turned to see Luke behind me, "I don't know, what happened to you Luke?"

"You did this to me CC" he shrugged

"So, I pushed you down the stairs" I said silently laughing

"No you-"

He was cut off by Ava, "Oh I get it, so you both were getting into trouble" she laughed putting air quotes around the word 'trouble'.

I was about to respond when the all the guys walked in.

They all casually sat down till Ashton spoke up, "Nice hickeys Luke"

Ava laughed loudly, "You too CC"

"Ugh shut- wait" I said looking over at Mikey, "And what did you do last night"

She turned around, "Nothing nearly as hardcore as you did" she laughed

"Fauq you" I laughed biting the hoodie string

"K go for it" "I'm waiting" "still waiting"

I laughed, fake gasping, "OH, sorry Mikey but Ava's cheating on you with me"

He looked over at her, "So who's up for a-"

"Shut up" she interrupted

"I'd just like to keep my innocence thanks" Calum cut into the conversation

"Ha Calum what about you and Ashton" I said smiling

"CASHTON" Ava yelled

I was about to scream the ship name when the one ring tone I never wanted to hear played, 'R U mine' played by the Arctic Monkeys and I instantly denied the call.

Everyone looked at me like I was crazy

"Who was that" Luke leaned over my shoulder

"No one-e?" I said before my phone rang again

He took my phone out of my hands before I could object, "Hello?" He asked with an annoyed tone.

"Who is this" I heard Robbie say rudely on speaker as I rolled my eyes

"CC's boyfriend"

"Well fuck off"

"How about you go find your own relationship, mother fucker"
