Nancys POV
I'm completely confused by all of this. Holly is missing. Mike is always stressed. Something's wrong with El that I can't put my finger on. At least we could fix one of our problems; finding Holly. I turn away from El and mom and see Mike walking to the door. "Mike what are you doing" I say grabbing his wrist. "What does it look like, I'm going to find Holly" he replies sarcastically. "You going to kill yourself" I say dragging him to the couch "Plus El needs you right now". "What about Holly, does anyone care about that, we need to find her before she dies" Mike says trying to hold back tears. "We'll find her, promise" I say pulling him into a hug.
Mikes POV
I honestly want to find Holly right now. Everyone says to just wait, we'll do something, but we cant wait. Brenner is probably trying to give her "power's" right now. "We're going to find Holly tomorrow night" I protest as everyone turns towards me. "Mike, we have to fin a lot of people, it could take a week to find the right people" my mom says. "No, we'll just get Jonathon and Steve, they killed the Demogorgon so I'm sure they could attack a few people" I say standing up "We need to find Holly before it's to late, we can't wait". I look over at Nancy and she looks like I just said the F word. I don't care what they think, I hate that all they think is wait.
Wait for what. For Holly to die, no. I don't except that. "Forget it" I say as I walk up the stairs to my room. I lock the door because I want to be alone. I get out paper and crayons and draw out Hawkins Lab in relation to my house. I think about ways to sneak in. The side entrance is probably the best, but I've never been there. Someone starts knocking on my door and tries opening the door. "Go away" I say, but they don't stop. I ignore it, just expecting my mom to yell at me when suddenly the door slowly unlocks. I look at the door as it opens with El in the doorway. "Hey" El says quietly, walking to my bed. "Sorry" I say. "Sorry for what, you just want to save your sister" El says leaning her head on my shoulder.
El looks at my map "It's easy to break in by the back door" she says circling it on the map. "El, what if they take you again" I say wrapping my arm around her. "I'll be fine, they won't take me and they'll never take anyone again" She says smiling.
"Promise?" "Promise"
*This chapter was extremely short. Sorry, but the next two chapters will be really long and finally have some action. I know finally. Hope you enjoy -Jenna*
