Mikes POV

Were 20 minutes deep of free time and all we've found out is that I'm broken. I'm broken with out her. "That's it I'm going to find El" I say standing up and walking out of class. Mr. Clarke is telling me to stop ,but I don't care. I'm halfway down the hall when the door opens behind me. I expect Mr. Clarke, but it was Dustin, Will, and Lucas. "You mean Were going to find El" Will yells out. A small smile creeps onto my face as we run out the school. "Guys get your compasses, If she's using her powers we can find her" I say pulling my compass out my pocket. "This isn't true north" Dustin says spinning around in place "She's up there".

I turn around facing West starring into the woods. "Let's go" I say running to the woods hoping to find El. We spend at least an hour looking in the woods and find no El. "This doesn't make sense, the compasses are still wack" Lucas yells. I walk further west and see Hawkins Lab. "No it's coming from the Lab" I say pointing at it. "Were not going there, right" Will says nervously. "I have to if I'm ever going to find Holly and El" I say walking to the Lab.

Wills POV

"So what if we do go there" I say "How do we get in". "We'll find a way" Lucas says following Mike. "Were not going to die" Dustin says grabbing my hand and going towards Mike. I hear Dustin whisper under his breath We might die. "My compass doesn't even move" I say throwing it to the ground. We stand in front of the Lab hiding from security camera's. Suddenly 10 guards come out with guns. "Aw shit RUN" Dustin yells, but it's too late because were surrounded. "What do we do!" Lucas yells throwing rocks. "I don't know!" I yell. Mike falls to the ground "No, no, no, no!" he yells like it would help.

His hands are in fists and he's bawling his eyes out. "Not my El!" he screams standing up and suddenly all the guards are blown away into trees. We all look around for El until Mike screams. We all look his direction and his nose is bleeding. "What the hell Mike!" Dustin screams in his direction "How did you do that?". "I don't know, I don't have powers!" He says wiping his nose and looking at his hands. Lucas is pacing around "You have powers now!" He yells "Just like El". We hear a loud thug on the ground and see Mike fainted. "Oh my gosh MIKE" I say running to him. "Ha I knew it, she gave Mike her powers" Dustin says walking to Mike "She knew something bad was going to happen so she gave them to someone she could trust". "Probably when they KISSED" Lucas yelled walking slowly to Mike. "Why are you walking so slow Mike just died!" I yelled at both Lucas and Dustin. "This is normal when El uses her powers" Dustin says rolling is eyes.

Suddenly Mike's eyes started fluttering open. "What happened" Mike says slowly sitting up then looking down to his hands "Why are my hands bloody!". "You were like "Not my El" then the guards were like BAM into the trees then you fainted" Dustin described. Mike looked over at him confessed not understanding anything. "You have powers" Lucas said. Suddenly Mikes eyes went wide "What? I don't have powers? How?". "Try moving something like this stick" I say picking up a stick from the ground. Mike starred deeply into the stick for a good 10 seconds until it started moving in my hand. I let go of the stick and it was floating in air. "Woah" Dustin said walking up to the stick and tapping it. The stick falls to the floor and Mike's nose starts bleeding again. "Woah" we all say in unison.

*Plot twist Mike has powers. I'm going to end part 1 of this soon, but I'll pick up again with part 2 when there older. Ha okay bye -Jenna*
