Elevens POV

I wake up in a small dark room sitting in a chair. I stand up on the cold tiles on the floor and think. Think about what I did last.

Mike has my powers. We got in a fight and I ran away. Energy trucks stopped me on the sidewalk. And now I'm here.

"Hello Eleven" someone says and I turn around. It was Dr. Brenner. He sat in a chair across from mine and pulled a lamp switch. He gestured me to sit down but I stayed standing. "It's been a long time in hiding, hasn't it" He says. "What do you want" I ask nervously. He smiles and pulls a remote out of his pocket. He faces towards a tv and presses play. "It's security footage from earlier today" he says "and your friends decided to stop by". I look at the tv and start tearing up. "What do you want with them" I say as years slowly fall down my face. "I want the important one" he says directing my attention back to the tv. Every guard flies back and Mike faints.

"No" I say wiping my tears. "No?" he questions "that's not an option Eleven". Two guards walk in and grab me by the arms. "Let me go!" I yell at them until they toss me in a room with a see through glass wall. I look at the glass and see four figures. Suddenly the light in both rooms turn on and I see the boys facing the wall. They all have cuffs around their arms except for Mike. "Go away" he says gesturing his hands away from the glass " I'm not going to do your experiments until you let El, Holly, and everyone else go"."Mike" I say lightly and suddenly he turns around to the glass. He moves to the glass puts his hands on it. "How did you get here" he says as I move my hands to match his on the glass." After I ran away" I said slightly crying "I'm sorry Mike this is all my fault". "No way, this was the most fun I've ever had!" Dustin shouts out from behind Mike. I wipe my tears, crack a small smile and Mike smiles back. "Do you still have your powers?" Mike says trying to find the right words to say. I shrug at him indicating that I didn't know and look away. I couldn't tell him why I gave him my powers. I gave him most of it and only kept enough for me to survive. "Did you give him your powers when you kissed" Dustin said sliding up to the glass. Suddenly Mike's face went red and he looked down at his shoes. "Yeah, sort of" I said shrugging. "Do you still have your powers" Lucas said sliding up to the glass. I shrugged again trying to make the boys think other wise. Dustin, Lucas, and Will started talking about the moment Mike used his powers. We were all forgot we were being held captive until Dr.Brenner opened my door. "Well, now that you've all talked, Mike we have a deal" he said smirking and looking at Mike. Mike furrowed his eyebrows "Where's Holly" he said sounding very annoyed. Dr. Brenner started to smile as Holly walked out from behind him and ran to me. "Holly are you okay?" I asked her. She shook her head yes, but looked extremely ill and tired. "Now Mike, let's go" Dr. Brenner said opening the door to the other side of the glass. "Let them out first" Mike said still annoyed. "Fine" Brenner said as two guards walked into both rooms and took me, Holly, Will, Lucas, and Dustin to the exit of the building. Mike followed behind us making sure Brenner kept his promise of letting us go.

The guards tossed the boys and Holly outside on the ground but still held on to me. "Let her go!" Mike yelled "She has no powers to give you". "We can't just let her go" Dr. Brenner said as he snapped his fingers to command someone. One of the guards let go of my arm and pulled a gun to my head. My eyes widened as I saw out the corner of my eye his finger on the trigger. "Use your powers and we kill her" Dr. Brenner said as Mike balled his fists. "This isn't fair, you promised Mike that we all go" Will shouted. "Yeah, so then we could break him out!" Dustin said then covering his mouth. The other guard on my arm let go and pointed a gun at the boys. "Stop!" Mike said jerking his head to the left pulling the gun out of the second guards hand. "Let them go" Mike demanded "right now". The boys stood up and Dustin grabbed Holly's hand. "Mike?" Holly said facing Mike biting her finger nails. "Come on, Holly" Dustin said before glaring back at Brenner. "Assholes" he mumbled under his breath as they all walked away.

Nancys POV

"Mike and El are still there!" I shouted as Dustin nodded his head. "We have to go find them" I said getting off my bed and walking to the door. "You cant" Lucas said. "Why not?. They took my sister hostage! They took my brother hostage! And now he has powers!" I yelled. "If you go, Mike and El die! And so do all of us" Will said pleading "Just don't go". I stared at the three boys and picked up Holly. "How do we get them out?" I ask sitting back on my bed. "I don't know, but this must be what El was talking about" Dustin said. "What was she talking about" I ask. "Something bad was going to happen and no one could fix her problems" Will said.

She had problems, just like Mike. The day she heard Holly in the woods and almost got ran over, that must have pushed her over the edge. Mike always said Troy was flirting with her. I can't stand the thought of my brother and El in that lab. "I'm still going to find Mike and El" I said putting Holly on my bed and walking downstairs. "You can't or else they're both going to die" Lucas said. "I not going to let them stay there" I said turning towards the boys "Who knows what Brenner's going to do". Will's eyes widened at something behind. "Will if your scared, then you can stay here with Holly because I'm not letting El and Mike die in that lab" I said before hearing something drop. Dustin immediately facepalmed and I turned around to see my mom and her grocerys on the floor.

"Mike is dying!" She yelled. "I don't know but I'm going to find them" I said walking to the door and turning the knob. "No your not, I don't want all three of my kids dying!" She yelled sounding really mad. "Not all three of us will die, Holly's uptairs" I said before running out the house. I walked to the side of the front lawn and grabbed my bag sitting on the wall. "We're coming with you" Lucas said from behind me. I turned around and smiled at the three boys. "We're going to need weapons" I said before Dustin instantly called the gun. "I don't have a gun, but someone else might have one" I said looking at Will. He stared back at me blankly until he said "Oh, Jonathon has a gun!". "Exactly, evryone get in the car, we're driving to the Byers then Hawkins Lab" I said pointing to my mom's car. I pulled on the handle but the door was locked. "Wait here" I said before running back into the house. My mom was on the sofa and Holly was watching tv on the floor. My mom walked over to me and hugged me. I hugged her back slightly crying and pulled away. "Bring back Mike and El" she said crying too. She handed me the keys to the car and smiled back at me. "I love you so much mom" I said before pulling her into another hug. We pulled away and I waved goodbye to Holly. I went outside, got in the car, and drove to the Byers.
