Chapter 3

"She has not called still,  Jace i know you are worried and all, but you are going to have to eat something! otherwise you will die!" Izzy said with such concern in her voice . The thing is Jace had not ate anything in the past 2 days, that was a lie he did eat a piece of bread the first night for dinner. "Iz, I am not hungry! She is not coming back! don't wait for her to call!" Jace said regretting. He felt bad all the time, he was taking all his anger out in training, but then he took the rest out on Iz and Alec, and he knew they took it, because they loved him and cared about him. Jace got up with urgency, and walked away to his bedroom. 

Jace slammed the door, making sure it was  loud enough for Iz and Alec to hear. Jace had kept the photo and the ring on his bed side table, since the night Clary had disappeared. He laid in bed looking at the roof, thinking of Clary, who is she? what is she doing? who is she with? questions like these ever going through his head. Jace was thinking of where clary was going, and then he had a thought "I know where Clary is!" Jace yelled to himself. And he left without telling anyone. 

Clary began packing her things, but half way through she decided she was hungry and went out to the kitchen and found a loaf of bread and peanut spread, "It will have to do" Clary said to herself. After finishing her spread she headed back to her room to finish packing. Half way to her room, she heard a noise. It was coming from inside her room. Clary entered with caution kitchen knife at the ready, when clary walked in the knife fell the ground with a thump. 

Izzy walked into Jace's room, to make him eat something. "Alec! he is gone! AGAIN!" Izzy walked around looking for jace to make sure. Then she found the note on the bed Dear whomever, I think i know where i might find Clary, I am not telling where because you will follow and I can’t have that! So goodbye for now xoxo Sexy beast 

when the knife hit the ground, clary closed her eyes hoping it went unheard but she knew that, then all of a sudden he turned around. His eyes were filled with joy, and sadness both at the same time. He landed Clary a hand up, knowing she would probably refuse. "JACE? What are you doing? how?" Clary was confused. "How did i what find you?" Jace said questioning as though it were obvious. "Because i know you Fray. Are you okay?" jace confessed. "Okay, am i ok what a stupid question. Of course i am not! You cheated on me!" Clary yelled. "I meant falling on the floor, but ok..... Clary i was so worried about you, I spent ages worrying, and i spent nights alone." Jace was almost pleading to clary. "Stop jace, I know why your hear, I am not coming home, i can't" Clary said tears swealing up in his eyes. "Don’t you love me anymore? I know i do" Jace knew Clary answer would either break his heart or make him smile. "Jace...." Clary was about to cry. "Oh my god, they were right you don't love me do you? I guess i should leave then." Jace began to walk away feeling his heart shatter as he began, passing clary then there shoulders touched. Clary let jace walk a while. What are you doing! you owe him a chance to explain! go get him, before he walks out of your life forever! Then clary followed jace. "Jace wait!" He paused in his steps but refused to turn around, Clary caught up to him, she put her hand on his shoulder and spun him around. "Of course i love you, I have since i met you, do you really think that could change in 2 days? I just cant trust you" All jace heard was of course i love you. Jace looked clary in the eye, and smiled, he then took her by the waist and began kissing her, to his surprise she did not resist. All the temptation building up had finally been released, they were kissing passionately, and fiercely like they always had. 

Clary did not want to tell him to stop she had been wanting to do this, since the day she left the institute, her heart would always love jace, and it missed him every minute they were separated. She felt although a piece of her was missing, and it had just came back and clicked into place. Everything was perfect.
