Wooooh! I'm really digging the Saint Seiya franchise. If only their figures wern't so expensive...

That's not what I'm here to talk about! Soooo, the story I was talking about in the previous chapter has to do with this anime. The Lost Canvas is a prequel to Saint Seiya. It takes place in the year 1747 (not sure if exact number). The start of a Holy War is about to begin. The Holy War, for those who don't know is a massive battle between Athena and her Saints and Hades and his one hundred and something Spectors, which are equivalent to Saints but are from the Underworld. This war happens every two hundred and something years :/

The main character is this guy named Tenma, who was good friends with this girl named Sasha a.k.a Athena and this boy named Alone a.k.a Hades. Tenma becomes a Saint, Pegasus Saint to be exact, and with two new friends, Unicorn Yato and Crane Yuzuriha go try to defeat Hades.

Not going to go into great detail, but yeah. There are only 26 episodes. There was suppose to be a third season, but it got ccancelled.

One thing you might notice on my profile, I wrote "Degèl sama!" You're all thinking "Who the heck is that?" WELL, he's one of the Gold Saints in TLC, Aquarius to be exact. When you look at this guy, especially when he wears his reading glasses and has a book with him, while wearing his Cloth, you might think "Wow, that is so classy." That's what I thought, I don't know about you, but hey, just my opinion. This guy definitely became one of my favs, even though I've yet to hear his voice. I looked up his voice actor to get a picture as to what he might sound like, and it's Daisuke Hirakawa, who voiced Rei in Free! Iwatobi Swim Club (y'all should know what I'm talking about) My reaction to this was this:

*・゜゚・*:.。..。.:*・'(*゚▽゚*)'・*:.。. .。.:*・゜゚・*

(That's a good thing ^)

So yea. Degèl sama.

Highly recommend watching/reading this especially if you're familiar with Saint Seiya.

Allright! I'm out! Peace!
