After a few minutes of the three of them playing video games (and, to everyone's surprise, Angus winning), Gregg and the rest of them got bored.
"Man. What should we do now?" Gregg asked, glancing over at Mae and then Angus. Angus and Mae looked over to each other.
"Let's go get Bea." Angus suggested, shrugging his broad shoulders. Mae's normally frowning lips curled up into a smile.
"Yeah!" Mae and Gregg cheered at the same time. The friends got their asses off of the couch, and headed out the door, forgetting the one thing Mae normally brings with her... Her baseball bat.
They all had brought no umbrellas, although it was raining. They didn't care - they all practically lived in the rain.
"So, how have you all been doin'?" Mae asked, causing Angus to jump a bit, and Gregg to look at her.
"Good, good. We've had some... Good times." Gregg replied, nudging Angus flirtatiously. Agus's face turned a bright pink for a second.
"Shut up, dude...!" Angus whispered to Gregg, as Mae's face grew a smirk on it.
"You guys have had sex, eh~?" Mae teased Angus, putting her paws on her hips. Angus's blush came back, but darker.
"N-no! Maybe...!" Angus paused, his blush fading yet again. "Yes." Angus gave up, cracking a slightly distorted smile. Mae pumped her fist into the air.
"KNEW IT!!! YOU GUYS FU-"
"Shut it, kid!" A cranky, old wolf growled from his balcony, cutting Mae off.
"Geez, sorry, gramps." Mae muttered under her breath. Gregg's eyebrows raised in surprise.
"Woah, Mae. You're a LOT more happier than you used to be." He chirped, smiling as his ears perked up. Angus just shook his head, thinking how silly the two animals were.
"Y-yeah. Well, I took meds, an-"
"You took drugs... WITHOUT overdosing, for once?!" Gregg exclaimed cutting Mae off, his eyes widening. Mae nodded, rubbing the back of her head.
"Yeah. I felt so... Accomplished." Mae admitted, smiling to herself. Gregg sighed happily, taking Angus's hand.
"Yep. It's nice feeling accomplished." Gregg agreed.
As they finally made their way to Bea's house, Mae knocked on the door. Bea answered in five seconds.
"Bea!" Mae chirped. "Wow. You came to the door more quickly than usual." Mae pointed out. Bea nodded.
"Yeah, I knew you guys'd show up." Bea announced, cracking a toothy grin. "Come on in, dudes." Bea welcomed.
Ah... Classic Bea.
