CLARY P.O.V.

As months passed life was still good with Jonathan. I love him and he loves me. But I have to admit it when he goes away on like a business trip or what ever it is I miss him. And all I see around the house is his stupid followers. I didn't ask him but I think he sends them here to check on me when he's not here.

But sometimes I don't really mind cause it means he cares.

But the down side is there's nothing to do when he's not here like now he's on one of his trips and he left 3 days ago. well with all the baby hormones I'm always moody or hungry or throwing up something's always going on with me. And now once again I'm hungry. I make my way to the kitchen to get a snack. Once I'm in the door I hear the phone ring. I don't bother answering it cause I already know one of the followers will. I decided that I will have some grapes when one of them walk in the the phone in his hand.

" madam Morgenstern" he said politely

" Yes" I said turning to him.

" Master Morgenstern is on the phone for you" he said offering me to phone.

I took it from him saying thank you in the process.

I put the phone to my ear " helloooo?".

" Hey baby how are you?"

" well I'm bord out of my mind, I feel like I'm about to explode and so many other things but other than that I'm good how about you".

He chuckled " I'm good and I know how to cheer you up"

" how?" I was so curious on how he was suppose to cheer me up.

" well I'm get to come home early"

" WHAT? No way!!!" I soon as I said that two of the followers came running in with their daggers out. I just stood there shocked that they came that fast.

" what happened" one asked while the other one was looking around the kitchen.

" oooh nothing Jonathan just told me he's coming home early."

" oooh ok" he said. I don't know if it was me just imagining things but I thought I saw hurt in his eyes and the next thing I knew it was gone. " as long as your ok".

" Yes I am thank you".

They both nodded and started to make their way out the door.

the second one was out the door but before the first one left he gave me a smile.

' what was that about?'

" CLARY! Clary! are you ok?" I snapped out of my train of thought by Jonathan yelling through the phone.

" ooh yea sorry".

" so how do you feel knowing that I'm coming home early?"

" I feel fantastic knowing that soon I will see you" I answered.

" ok well I got to go I love you".

" I love you too ". with that I hung up the phone and put it down on the counter and sighed.

I grabbed my grapes and make my way back to my room. When I opened the door I noticed that there was not one.................................................. not two .....................................................but three letters was on my bed. The first one was from Jace. the second one was from Alec ' well that's weird'. And the three one was from Will the follower from the kitchen. I slowly opened the first one.

Dear clary

I will come and get you

I love you and I would do anything for you.

I don't know what to really say

but I just wanted you to know that I'm coming for you.

And nothing can stop me.

After I was finished reading I couldn't stand any more. My knees were starting to shake so I plopped down on my bed.

' He can't come. Not when everything is finally falling in to place'. I picked up Alec's letter and started to read.

Dear clary

I know your wondering on why of all people I would send u letter but I had to let you know that I love you and I always have. I know your also thinking ' wait I thought he hated me ' but no I never did. I just acted like I did so no one would know.

I also want you to know that I will come for you. And when I do I will never let you go.

' I can't believe this Alec loves me . since when. whoa wait does Jace know. if he does he just might kill him' I sigh and pick up Will's letter.

Dear Madame Morgenstern or clary

I know I shouldn't but I just can't help myself.

I LOVE YOU.

I know when master Morgenstern finds out he will kill me.

so I just wanted you to know before then.

' why does everyone love me. I'm not even pretty. god'

Without realizing it clary fell asleep. And what she thought was prefect just became complicated. WAY COMPLICATED.

" CLARY!" said a familiar voice coming from down stairs.

" CLARY!!!!!!" I jumped into sitting position. I noticed that the letters were next to me. I heard footsteps coming up the stairs. I had to look for a place to put them. the footsteps were coming closer and closer. I decided to throw them I the bedside table drawer when Jonathan came in.

" hi didn't you hear me calling you?"

" no" I answered. ' thank god he didn't see to letters'.

I jumped of the bed and ran to him. I jumped in to his arms and he caught me. my legs around his waist and my arms around him neck. He made his way out the door.

" where are we going?"

" to get some breakfast"

" ok " I said with a smile on my face.

we made it to the kitchen he put me on the island and walked over to the fridge. Everything was good until Will came walking in. When he saw me he smiled but when he noticed Jonathan it turned into a frown. Jonathan noticed asked Will what's wrong. Will told him nothing and left. ' I wonder what's that about'. I sat there thinking when it hit me." CRAP" I jumped off the island and up stairs to my room with Jonathan calling after me. I made it to my room the door was open and so was my drawers. I ran to the desk opened it and only saw two letters. one was Jace's the other one was Alec's but no William's his was missing.
