Clary's P.O.V.
I was walking down the hallway with Chris still in my arms. He was still asleep 'geez this little guy can sleep' I thought to myself.
"Clary" I heard my name being called from down the hall. I turn around I see that it was Alec who called.
" where are you going?" He asked.
" home" I stated.
" but you are home" Alec said confused about what she said.
" well it doesn't feel like it anymore" I retorted.
" how so" Alec questioned me.
" I doesn't matter" I said wanting to change the subject.
We walked to the front door in silence. When we got there Jonathan was there waiting for me. Weird. I turn to Alec to say goodbye when he leaned in to kiss me. I backed away.
" Alec you don't love me" I told him.
" yes I do" he stated. I turned to give Chris to Johnathan who took him willingly. He smiled down at the little angel in his arms. I loved see them together. I turned back to Alec and said no you don't before he could object I pulled him into me and kissed him. After a few seconds I pulled away. Hmmmmmm was all that came from Alec. I smiled and turned back to Johnathan to receive Chris from him.
" no I got him" Johnathan said pulling Chris closer to him.
I nodded and walked out the door with Johnathan following. I stopped in my tracks when Alec called out my name once more.
" thank you" Alec yelled.
" your welcome and I told you" I replied. I knew Alec wasn't in love with me he was just confused about his feelings. I was the only girl around that he wasn't related to.
