Allison's POV
I sat outside the school on the front steps. Not really in the mood to be sitting in an empty house alone while mom was at work and Steph went to a friend's house.
Maybe she's doing better in the socializing aspect than me
School was almost empty because it was over 30 minutes ago
"Hey Allison"
My head rolled to the side towards the owner of the deep voice that was easily recognizable because I only just met him a few hours ago
Aiden stood beside me at the foot of the stairs . I grunted in response. His wide smile softened to a one sided grin
"Mind if I join you?" He asked, before I could say anything that would have saved me from an annoying conversation, Aiden had already plopped himself next to me. I puffed out a breath
"So... what are you still doing here? School's over" he asked
"What're you doing here?" I asked him
"I asked you first!" He argued
"And I asked you back"
Aiden sighed in annoyance
"Fine!! I forgot something in my locker, you?" He replied dryly
"Just didn't feel like heading home" I answered
"You wanna go somewhere with me tonight?" He asked
I looked at him with raised eyebrows. Doesn't he realise that I just met him?
"No thank you" I replied
"Come on! I'm not gonna kill you or anything it's just a party at my place" he said
"The answer is still no" I said

"Ugh! You're the most difficult person I've ever talked to" he said giving up.
"I try" I replied before getting up and heading home praying he wasn't following me, and thankfully , he wasn't.

"Ally, Trina was telling about this party the new guy is throwing.." Steph started
"Am not going Steph" I cut her off
"Why not??" She asked
"Have you forgotten what happened the last time I went to a party?" I deadpanned
"That was just one time, am very sure it won't happen again"
"Someone was paid to do that!! And you expect me to attend a party again??"
"I don't think anyone will want to try that again, everyone knew about it, so they might even be staring at you during the party to see if it would happen again and am sure no one is stupid enough to try anything when everyone is watching"
I thought about it for a minute
"You sure?" I asked her
"Yes very sure" she said "So you're coming?" She asked
"Yeah?.."
"Yes!!!!!.. come on, I'll do your makeup and your hair and pick a dress...."
Oh my God, what did I get myself into??

Two hours 50 minutes later, I was wearing a wine gown.. my hair was curled and wavy. I looked better than the last time I went to a party
"Nice job" I said to my sister as she curtsied
"Thank you"
She was dressed in a navy blue gown that was much sexier than mine, but I didn't care, I loved my dress the way it was
"Do you even know where the party is?" I asked her
"Nathan is coming to pick us up in 2 minutes" she said grabbing her purse and phone
Nathan?
"My friend" Steph said as if reading my mind
Just then, the doorbell rang as Steph and I headed downstairs
As we got downstairs, a brown haired guy was staring at us, or more like Steph
"You look beautiful " he said as Steph turned crimson
What's going on here?
"Thanks.. um can we go now?" Steph said still bright red
"Sure"
I'm no love expert but I know there is something definitely going on

The party was has already started by the time we got there. I refrained from dancing or talking to anyone, Steph was right , people started staring and whispering the moment I stepped in
"So you seriously showed up" a voice said from behind me with a smirk
"Yes, I did Aiden, don't make me regret it " I said
"Well you look sexy in that dress" he said his eyes raking me head to toe
"I need a drink" I said walking away from him
"See you later Allison!!" He yelled after me
I walked to the table at the corner and poured myself a cup of punch and gulped it all down in two seconds I took another and drank it just as fast
I don't know why I'm thirsty all of a sudden
Taking my forth cup, I started to feel woozy
"Hey slow down" a very familiar voice said to me I could not see his face very well but I recognise his voice
"Jake!!" I yelped, trying to stand straight
"Take it easy princess" he said
Princess? I thought I was SpongeBob.. no it was dumbass
"You okay?" He asked
"Yeah, I only took punch" I answered my voice slurring
"You do know we spike the punch right?" He asked looking at me with an amused smile
"You're so funny" I said giggling
"What?"
"You look like Albert Einstein!!" I yelled
"Yeah, you need to go home"
"But I just got here!!" I whined
And before I could say anything else he scooped me up in his arms
"You're warm" I said snuggling closer to him
I felt his whole body go stiff
"Do you watch romance movies?" I asked him
Silence
"I watched one last night, the male main character was carrying the female main character just like this" I murmured starting to feel sleepy
"Do you know what they do next?" I asked. We were already in his car, he placed me in the passenger seat and took his seat
"No what?" He asked
"This" I said before closing the distance between us
The softness of his lips as he kissed me back was all I could remember as darkness overwhelmed me
