Allison's POV
When I got to school the following day, I was surprised to see everyone staring at me, whispering among themselves
Two cheerleaders came up to me, with fake sad expressions on their faces. One was brunette and one was blonde
"Hey Allison, we heard about last night" the brunette one said
"Yeah.. we're so sorry for you" the other also said
"What are you guys talking about?" I asked them
"You don't need to play dumb, we know you're hurting inside" the second one said while the brunette one nodded
What?
"Come on, don't pretend you don't know about this" the brunette said all the pretense gone as she held up her phone
"It's the latest iPhone model.. so?"
"No! I meant this!" She said. Her phone lit up, displaying a video of the assault of last night. The part before Jake came
"How did you get this?" I asked
"It doesn't matter how I got it, what you should ask is 'how many people have seen this?'" the first one said smirking at me
"Please don't tell me you.."
"Posted it online, where everyone in the world can see it.. yeah I did" she said still smirking
Typical.
"Take this as a warning.. Stay Away From Cree" she hissed
"Cree? That's who this is all about?" I asked.
"Yes, pretty much.. she's our friend not yours"
"What?"
"You're the new girl, we are the cheerleaders.. we don't go together. So if you want to enjoy the rest of your senior year, stay away" she warned one more time before turning around and leaving

"Hey, are you okay?" Dorian asked sitting down next to me. Class was almost starting
"I'm fine Dorian" I answered
"Are you sure? You don't look.."
"I'm fine" I told him
"You sure? I mean with what happened to you.."
"I SAID I'M FINE DORIAN" I yelled at him
The whole class became silent, everyone turned to look at me
"I'm sorry" I said grabbing my bag and leaving the class
"Allison wait!"
"Go away Dorian"
"Allison"
A strong hand held my arm preventing me from moving any further
"Dorian just leave.." I turned around to face the owner of the hand
"Oh.. Hey Jake"
"Are you okay?" He asked
Ugh!
"I said I am fine okay! Will you guys stop asking me that"
Silence
"Wanna skip?" He asked
"What?" I asked
"Wanna skip school? I can drive you" he said
"But what about Cree?"
"I'm sure she can survive without me.. but you on the other hand, am not so sure" he said already dragging me towards his car
"But..."
"No buts just get into the car" he said holding the door open for me
"Thanks" I said getting into the car

"Where are we going?" I asked for the zillionth time
"Will you quit whining, we are almost there" he answered
"But you said that ten minutes ago" I whined
"Shut up will ya, we're here" he said
We both got off the car and examined the place
"The beach? Really?"
"Just shut up and follow me" he said
We walked around the beach a little, before we got to a cave.
It was beautiful. The blue water flowed in a little bit touching my feet
"Wow" I said
"I know right?.. I found this place not long ago, you are the first to come here with me" he said
"Oh really?.. I'm honoured" I said bowing a little
He chuckled.
"You hungry?" He asked
"What? Are you going to catch a fish or something" I teased
"Actually yes" he answered
What?
"Really?"
"No"
"Ha ha ha very funny" I said sitting on the sand and Jake followed suit
Cue comfortable silence
"Thanks.." I said
"Alot" I finished
"No problem" he said smiling at me.
