Allison's POV
"What are you doing here?" Jake asked again when I opened my eyes.
"Um.." I muttered
Get yourself together Allison!!
"Um..I came to get something for my mom" I said finally
You did it !!
He stared at me for a second
"Whatever" he muttered walking past me
"Oookayy" Adam said looking at me awkwardly
"Well since Cheryl isn't showing any signs of coming I'll take my leave" I said grabbing my school bag and he heading to the door
"Wait" Adam's said
I turned back to face him
"I didn't get your name"
"Allison" I answered
"See you around Allison" he said with a grin
"Yeah" I replied walking out the door.

9:26 pm Friday evening, my phone was ringing nonstop. Most of the calls and texts were from Cree telling me to get my monkey ass down there
And when I say there I mean the school field. Yeah tonight's the game.
I got up lazily from my bed and went to shower immediately. After my 5 minute shower I got out and reached for my phone
27 missed calls from Cree
Whoa calm down woman, am coming!
I quickly got dressed and headed downstairs
"You're still here?" My mom asked
"What do you mean?" I asked
"Steph told me about the game tonight she just left, aren't you going?" She replied
"Yeah I am.. just about to" I answered
"Okay take care honey" she said walking back into the kitchen

Overcrowded is an understatement compared to the state of the field right now. I could hardly find any of my friends among the people here.
"You lost?" A familiar voice said from behind me startling me a little
"Oh.. it's you" I said turning back to see Adam grinning at me
"Disappointed?" He asked
"Nah.. relieved" l answered
Before Adam could respond, screams and squeals came from the people around us. The game has started
"We should get our seats" Adam said leading me to two empty chairs in the front row
I could see Cree and the other cheerleaders jumping and flipping.
Cree's eyes landed on me as I waved at her and she waved back
The screams became louder when the boys came out. I recognized the number 13 as Dorian's so I just kept yelling his name like I understood the game.
After some time.. the referee blew the whistle and the game ended. Adam told me our school won but I already knew through the screams from the people around me
I followed Adam down to the locker room where I saw Cree running to, along with the boys
"Allison!!!... how did I do??'' Dorian said grinning at me
"Fairly well" I replied nonchalantly
"Are you kidding me.. I basically made us win" he whined
"Yeah right" Jake said
"Maybe Jake helped a little" he said
And Jake snorted
"And Andrew and maybe Rick and Chad.... I'll go shower now" he said heading towards the shower. I chuckled
"You coming for the after party?" Cree asked
"There's an after party?"
"Yes dumbass she just said so" Jake said
Dumbass? That's a new one
"Well am not going" I said
"Why not?" Adam asked
"I'm not a party person" I replied
"Then what kind of person are you? Come on please!!" Cree begged
"Okay okay" I answered
This is gonna be a long night
