Jessica's POV
I heard what sound like Lauren crying so I ran to the room it was coming from . Victoria must've heard it too cause as I was running she appeared from one of the other rooms. When we finally got to the room Lauren was in, the sight we saw was just a nightmare. Hadley's body was so still. Her eyes were wide open. There was dry tears on her face. There was blood on the floor and bed as well on Hadley and Lauren. There was so much blood. Tears started flowing down my face as well as Victoria's. Lauren was still crying. She had Hadley's face on her lap while she was on her knees leant over hovering over Hadley's face. "Who could do this to someone?",Victoria said between her crying. "I'm so sorry Hadley",Lauren kept repeating. "Lauren how is this your fault?",I asked her. She never looked at me but her crying softened. "Victoria.." "Yes Lauren" "Please call the cops" "Okay" With that Victoria started calling the cops but Lauren never answered my question. How was this her fault? How did any of this have to with her? Who could've done this? Hadley was a sweet girl. She was always shy and reserved. Anybody who could've done this is a monster. Lauren put her hand over Hadley's eyes and ran her hand down her face to close her eye lids. Before Lauren got up she whispered something into Hadley's ear as if she knew Hadley could still hear her. Then the creepiest thing happened a smile appeared on Hadley's face yet she still was breathing. Lauren wasn't freaked out by it at all. She just smirked and then picked Hadley up and laid her down on the bed. Lauren just sat there on the edge of the bed beside Hadley. She moved the little bit of hair in front Hadley's face out of her face. Then a few more tears weld in her eyes but they stopped as she grabbed Hadley's hand. But for a second it looked like Hadley squeezed Lauren's hand as Lauren squeezed Hadley's hand. I must've been going crazy. Lauren  got up and leant over Hadley. She  moved her hair behind her ears so they weren't gonna be in Hadley's face and then planted a kiss on Hadley's forehead and said,"I love you Hadley...Don't worry cause now your safe" Then she started whispering to Hadley again. Then she stopped and unlatched the necklace that was around Hadley's neck. Then she took the necklace that was around her own neck off and put around Hadley's neck and she put the one necklace that she took off of Hadley around her own neck. I asked her," Why did you do that?" She never looked up but kept looking at Hadley and said,"Cause now we'll always have each other. My gold necklace with the cross will always let me know that God is protecting her as well as let her know that she can finally be in peace. Her golden heart necklace with a picture with both of both of us inside with let me know that she is always protecting me as well as remind her that I'll always remember her." "So you switched for you comfort the both you." "Yea..besides even if I didn't,I know she would've always kept being the angel on my shoulders." "Your guardian angel" She nodded and said, "Yea she was my guardian angel walking on earth but now she can finally be in a place she deserves...Heaven. She was too special to be in a place as Earth. She deserved paradise, happiness and everything she ever wanted."  "Wasn't she happy here? Isn't she gonna miss you and the friends she have made?" "She wasn't happy.She pretend,I knew her better than anyone.She knew me better than anyone. I tried to make her as happy as I could and she even tried to show it but deep down I knew. The friends she have made I know would be sad but if they the things she was gonna through they would've been happy as well. "Is that how you feel?" She smiled and said, "Yea." "How can you smile at a time like this?" She stopped smiling and said,"Cause I know she's smiling down on me." "You two were really close." "Yea,we are as close as conjoined twins." I laughed a little and said," Yeah ya were." Lauren replied with a fainted laugh and said,"Yea." Then we heard the ambulance and the cops come into the house. The cops told us that we were gonna have to go down to the police station. So I decided to call Morgan and the guys to meet us down there. Victoria, Lauren and I got back in Victoria's car and drove to the police station. The whole ride Lauren was looking at the blood of Hadley on her hands and her clothes. The cops told her that she could've went home and got dressed then go to the police station but she didn't answer them,she just sat there with a blank face. I looked back at her from the passenger seat to see if she was crying or anything but it's like her emotions left her body. It's like she just went numb. She had no expression or even a tear in her eye. It's like whoever was Lauren, she wasn't there right now.
